i called Rick, he was here next day, fixed our washer, only charged for a service call, as he was able to fix our problem, quickly with no parts needed, I appreciate honesty, as I have my own small business. thanks Rick

I called in the morning and Rick was out by 3:30 pm. He brought parts and fixed my fridge quickly. He explained the parts, their function and the costs. He was helpful, pleasant and efficient. All in all I was happy to have my fridge working again so quickly.

I called Rick at this company after being referred by another home star company that had positive reviews as that company does not work in Mississauga. He came out the next day as planned, diagnosed the repair in less than 5 minutes. He also fixed the repair and was out in less than half hour. He explained the problem before he started, and checked other parts to ensure they were also working. Would call them again.

Everald completed the maintenance and repairs. He was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He noted an issue dating back to the original service call (he was not technician on that call) and resolved it immediately. He noted missing parts prior to coming to our home and also rectified the situation. I will continually ask for Everald on future assignments. He also provided info on the annual services provided, and that is much appreciated.

I initially called another well reviewed appliance repair company from Homestars, but it turns out they didn't service my area, so they were very nice and recommended I call Rick. He returned my call within minutes, was able to come the next day (although *I* requested an appointment a couple days later). Called to confirm the day before, called when he was on his way, arrived 5 minutes earlier than his two hour window and finished the repair quickly, efficiently and gave us some further advice for maintenance. Fast, easy, professional, and reasonably priced. Would gladly use again.

Rik has repaired a number of appliances for us over the past 18 months. He arrives at short notice, gives a clear diagnosis and carries out the work efficiently. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Discovered that the freezer of my fridge/freezer combo was not working the day before a vacation. Called a couple of people and Ac repair answered write away. Said he could come out the next day to look at it and asked for the make and model no. They bought the parts with them and replaced the fan motor. They charged for the service call, and a one hour labor charge and the cost of the part. All appears to be working great. Wish there was a longer warranty of the parts and labor (only 3 months). Overall satisfied with the work and would call them out again.

This was the second time i used AC Appliance Repair. Rick was able to take a look at our malfunctioning LG washer same day i called. After a quick diagnosis it was determined that a new water valve was necessary. The part was ordered and with in few days just before Christmas we had the washer up and running like new. I am sure I will use them again in the future. Great work, reliable and fast!!!

We have had several bad experiences with people who have come to repair a refrigerator door (on the previous frig). So this time I consulted Home Stars and found Ac Appliance Repair and the consistently glowing recommendations. So I called them. The prior recommendations were born out by my experience. Rick came two days later, and on time. He is both very professional and friendly. He clearly knew what the problem likely was with the leaky freezer compartment and fixed it in under an hour, this despite the fact that access to the back of the appliance was not easy. I will use him again whenever needed, for any appliance. And I will definitely recommend him to friends.

I read all the reviews so that I can make an informed decision regarding the company that I am going to call for the service I need. My refrigerator door had a gap (the freezer also) where cold air was escaping and the door fell downward. I called Ac Appliance and spoke with Rick who came to my home within the hour. Rick was very knowledgable, professional and did not waste anytime fixing the door. I highly recommend Rick and will use his service again if needed. 10 stars Thank you, Michele C, Toronto
