When my 10 year old Electrolux fridge stopped freezing and I couldn't find anyone to come the same day, Rick from AC Appliance Repair showed up in a few hours as agreed, checked the fridge and explained all the options in details. While he was there, I also asked him to repair my electric range burner. He provided fast and professional service at a very reasonable price! Excellent, very professional service at a very reasonable rate! I called Rick to help fix our 20-yr. old Maytag washer that had started to leak. After giving his honest assessment and sparing us of any unnecessary cost, we agreed that it was time to replace it. Meanwhile, we also asked him if he could fix our much newer but less dependable Samsung dishwasher which wasn’t draining properly. After replacing a defective hose, Rick also took the initiative to open and inspect the drum assembly as he didn’t like the sound (or noise) it was making. Satisfied that there was nothing wrong, he put it back and assured us that there was nothing to worry about. He did not charge us extra for it. We appreciated the gesture and we were convinced that he truly meant well and that he wanted to do a thorough service of our dishwasher. He also cleaned up after his work was done. I called a few companies but they didn't seem interested in helping me. I was refer to Rick by another repair company that didn't work on commercial units. Rick was very professional and fixed the problem within 25 minutes on being here.

My dishwasher was not draining. I called Rick, who answered the call immediately and arranged a same day appointment. He arrived promptly and fixed the problem quickly and also provided some advice on repositioning the dishwasher drain hose to avoid a potential problem with water backing up from the sink. Should I need appliance repair in future, i will definitely call AC.

I called Rick yesterday morning about my Samsung dryer that stopped working and was making a lot of noise. Rick came this morning as promised and quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired the dryer. He also gave us suggestions on how to improve the life of our dryer. He even went to my parent's place and looked at their dishwasher and didn't charge us because there was nothing wrong with it.
