Rick came by on time and extremely friendly to fix our a/c wire that our bunny unfortunately chewed up. He was able to fix the wire and help us put back the a/c. He was extremely helpful and considerate. I will definitely recommend him to others. Thanks

Rick responded the same day that we called, was prompt and phoned when he was leaving to come, was courteous and diagnosed the problem quickly. He called to check stock for the needed part and gave us an estimate which was what we paid. Based on this experience, we would certainly use him again.

I will like to give my opinion about the experience that I have today with Rick. My tenant was very sad because she has a child and the dryer stop working on the weekend, and she does the laundry on the weekends. I call Rick and explain him that was very important to fix it soon. He came on Monday and he fix the dyer and my tenant was so happy. The service was fast and excellent he was very polite. I will call him anytime I need to fix an appliance. Good job I am happy.

Rick came into my downtown area when the traffic was particularly bad (due to an event) and he had to park a few blocks away. He never seemed inconvenienced. He came in with a friendly and warm demeanour and repaired the fridge at minimum cost to me. No new parts were needed! Great news. Awesome guy. I definitely recommend him for your repairs.

I contacted Rick based on good reviews I read at Homestars. He responded right away and booked both appointments on my preferred times. Rick was on time both times and very professional with reasonable charges. I appreciate his honesty about the jobs and suggestions for the possible issues. He worked quickly, efficiently and found the problem (in fact problems) with the washer, he was able to procure the elusive replacement part and save me money from buying a new machine. Our washing machine stopped working. We called Rick and he was very thorough in asking questions on the phone, even before the service call. That was my first clue about his professionalism. He was booked for 2 days but the wait was worth it, as he arrived well within the 2-hr window we had booked for the service call. He kindly carried the machine we had in the garage into the basement to replace the broken one as we chose to replace it rather than order new parts. No additional charge for that or for fixing the filter on our fridge. He was very thorough and ensured we were comfortable with both appliances working before he left. We will call him again if there is an issue in the future. Thanks Rick.
