Rick was prompt to respond to my call, arrived on time, was very professional in all aspects. I would recommend him to my family and friends and would not hesitate to call him again for the next appliance repair.

Rick and his son, Navi, came promptly to fix my dryer on the second floor. They worked quickly, efficiently and found the source of the problem: compacted lint in the dryer vent. They cleaned the dryer vent and then opened up the dryer to clean the inside with a heavy duty vacuum cleaner. They also checked my washer by running a shortened cycle. All is well there! Thanks, Rick and Navi. I'll be calling again when I need help with my appliances.

I called AC Appliance Repair as our ice dispenser stopped working. Rick gave me few suggestion over the phone to fix the problem. However the problem appeared to be elsewhere. We booked an appointment for the next day. When Rick arrived at my home he was prompt, polite and professional. He diagnosed two possibilities either the motor was seized or frozen. He suggested to defrost the freezer in order to see if the motor will release while he prices out the replacement option. After defrosting for few hours the ice dispenser motor started to work. I have to say that Rick also help at no extra charge with a small leak under the kitchen sink. Thanks for great work!

Rick came the same day I called for service and repaired my fridge very quickly. It is working well and I will definitely use his services again in the future.

Had issues with my refrigerator making loud noises, called in AC Repair who I have used once in the past for stove repair. Rick came out on a Saturday to give me an estimate on the repair. As it turned out the work that needed to be done was not definitive as the unit had not completely broken. Rick was honest about the job, and indicated it could be one of 3 issues, and without the unit totally breaking down he didn't want to replace what he suspected to be the issue. I appreciated his honesty and we agreed to wait until the part actually broke before repairing. Received a quote also as to what it would cost based on the 3 parts that could be causing the issue, and all repair quotes came in very reasonable. Rick answered all my questions about the fridge, even some that were unrelated to the problem. He also gave advice on how I should be keeping the airflow to fan free of cat hair from my 3 pets, and other matters. Very satisfied with Rick's business manner and approach to his work.

we contacted rick based on good reviews we read at homestars. he responded right away and we're able to book an appointment on our preferred time. he inspected the washing machine and found a broken part. replaced the broken part and fixed the washing machine in less than an hour. great service, fast and the charges were reasonable. thanks again, rick!

Very quick and professional service. Rick came to repair my dishwasher and ended up disassembling my dryer as well. He finished all in less than an hour. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank yoyu Rick.

Rick and his assistant (Ravin?) arrived at the promised time. Of all the companies I contacted, they were the most helpful with assisting me to decide whether to repair my dryer or buy a new one. They completed the repair quickly, offered several tips, and then even stayed later to repair a washing machine issue I threw at them last minute. I was 100% satisfied with the charges (very reasonable), service, and friendliness. I am from mid-town Toronto, and am sooooooo glad they came out to fix my machine. I highly recommend them, and will be using them for all repairs or installations in the future. AC gets an A+ from me!

I called rick because he did some work for my neighbour a few years back. He came that same day and repaired my dryer quickly thanks for the great job!
