I'm very satisfied with the service provided by Ikeaman. On time and efficient service. John was really a skillful and professional. He hardly took a break during 7+ hours. Ivan has managed this nicely. Recommended!!

John was professional and efficient. John assembly all units in quoted time frame, cleaned up, and took the garbage away. It was an art just by looking at how John went through all the procedures with precision and care. Ivan's quote was accurate and very reasonable. Highly recommended. Helen of Mississauga

I completely agree with the comments below. Ivan was professional and the person who came did the assembly in record time and neatly broke, folded and stacked all the boxes. Moreover, I was emailed to be advised that the assembler was running 20 mins late. Overall a great experience and defnitely glad I got the service. Thanks! Tanya

We wanted/needed to ensure our Ikea wardrobes were set up by the end of the weekend and another assembly service (that we had previously booked) proved to be unreliable. We found Ikeaman after a little Google searching and Ivan responded to our email on Saturday evening right away. John arrived at our house promptly on Sunday morning and we were contacted in advance by Ivan to let us know that John would be running about 10-15 mins late (something I've never seen a service person do before!). John was friendly, professional and did a fantastic job putting everything together (you can probably see from the pictures that our wardrobes were fairly complex). He went the extra mile to ensure that the items were set up as we wanted and did a great job breaking down the boxes and cleaning up afterwards. We would highly recommend Ikeaman and will be recommending them to our families and friends.

According to John, my assembler, his boss Ivan is a stickler for customer service. Let's hear it for Ivan and all the other home star managers who share this philosophy. Email correspondence with Ivan was fast and the assembly was booked for the Monday after the Saturday delivery. Ivan even called me to say the assembler would be ten minutes late (I hadn't even started to worry yet!). John was pleasant, polite and efficient and in less than two hours he put this very complicated daybed together, bagged the garbage, cut up and taped the cardboard for recycling and even vacuumed the bedroom! An extremely pleasant experience from beginning to end. I will definitely look at more Ikea furniture in future, knowing that I don't have to worry about my own ability to put it together. IKEA-man to the rescue!!!!

Loved the ease of booking and confirming my appointment by email. Ivan was at all times very quick to respond; the price quoted to assemble 4 Saunders bookcases (not easy ones) was absolutely reasonable. My assembler was John - he arrived on time, was very professional, finished as per schedule, packed up all garbage and recycling neatly. Excellent service. I will use the Ikea Furniture Assembly Service again.

They gave great service, arriving on time, clean, professional. All the pieces (about 8 items in all) are perfect. He even cut up the boxes. I booked only 2 days before so I appreciate the short notice. Thanks Ikeaman!

They are prompt they are organised and very clean. They cleabed after the job was done and the cardboard boxes were tied and put away for recyling. This is the second time we have used them and i will call them again and again. Wush my other contractors were like them. Love their service. Keep up the good work. Thankyou.

It was done in an hour and the gentleman who completed the assembly was so very polite and cleaned up after. Further all the boxes get cut up an ready for recycling. Thanks!

Free delivery and extra 45 for assembly. Quick and simple, hard working individuals and everything went just as planned. Exactly what you expect from a big company though! Thank you very much guys!
