I had an urgent situation on the night of July-8-2013 when the heavy rain storm was hitting toronto . IKEA people were in a hurry and they just dropped their stuff in the storage room and left which means I AM ON MY OWN. I searched Google and all the companies i called (at 9 pm) did not answer because it is after hours already. When i called ikeaman.com they answered althought it was (9:30 pm after working hours). IVAN answered me and offered his help as soon as possible. He asked to call me back after few minutes.he asked me what types of furniture and from where and which design. He called back and apologized that the nearest possible time is 8 am . In the morning, John presented accurately on time and have done the most professional assembly i have seen. He had his own carpet for a clean floor, all required devices and guess what? All done like a piece of cake in one hour. Highly recommended for a professional assembly with a decent price and most important peace of mind. Thank you and keep the excellent work.

I contracted IKEA Man to assembly a number of PAX wardrobes throughout my newly built house. Ivan, John & Dimitri delivered a level of professionalism that is rare these days. Ivan was prompt with his communication, thorough with his quotes, flexible to my changing schedule and courteous in his follow up after the job was complete. John and Dimitri did an excellent job ensuring that our wardrobes were installed to our specifications. I would not hesitate to recommend IKEA Man's service and would use them again.

I’m sorry, I don’t remember the gentleman’s name who was present and on-site this afternoon, but what can I say, I hold your company in the highest regard as far as customer service goes. The service was top notch, and it definitely exceeded well beyond expectations for the service and work provided. Clean, effective, and affordable. That is what makes customers and clients come back. He not only assembled all my furnitures perfectly, he was professional, friendly AND he neatly folded all the IKEA cartons and plastic wraps! I am impressed. I will continue to seek your services whenever possible and will also highly recommend you to my friends. :) Only one suggestion for improvement - invoice. I did not receive an invoice for the services I paid for.

After checking couple places to get nice simple kitchen to my new condo I found very reasonable price and service at Ikea. I'm not so handy and I had Ikea Furniture Assembly to put all parts together. Great price, nice friendly service.

After contacting Ivan with our IKEA shopping list and layout, he replied the same day with a quote and dates. John, our installer, came on time and assembled an entire children's bedroom in a few short hours - even after we added a few items! He broke down all the boxes, collected the garbage, and vacuumed the debris. The room looks incredible and saved us days of work. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks you, IKEAMan!

John from IKEA Man did a great job assembling the IKEA furniture for my son's bedroom. John was efficient and professional. He packed up the cardboard boxes in neat smaller bundles so it would be easier to take them down to the garage, then later on for us to take them outside on garbage day. Very caring. I ordered Ikea furniture assembly service. The price was reasonable. The scheduling of a time as very easy and the staff that did the assembly was amazing. He was friendly, completed his work quickly, what accommodating to our requests and cleaned up very well when he was done. All boxes where folded and taped together and all other garbage was put in garbage bags. I was very happy with their work and would certainly work with them again and refer them to friends.
