    home improvement

    Five years ago we had Rashid redecorate our livingroom/dinning area. Years later those rooms still look like new. When we decided to update the rest of the house there was no question in our minds that we wanted Rashid to do the job for us. Rashid's knowledge and experience helped us to decide how far to go in the renovation without spending a whole lot of money. We simply allowed Rashid to do whatever was needed to update the house. Now our house looks and feels like a new home even though it is 26 years old. And the renos fell well within our budget. Rashid is an extremely hard worker and takes great pride in his workmanship. If anyone is looking for an honest and quality renovator, we very highly recommend Rashid Malik.

    Interior Painting

    Rachid is a perfectionist in everything he does. He has a very critical eye and in the end he always went over and above just doing the job. He cares about his work and the end result must be exactly what you want. You as the customer must be happy with the finished look of your home. Rachid moved furniture, cleaned up any mess, dust etc. My home is beautiful thanks to Rachid! I will be using his services again and again in the future.

    Painting, bsmt renovations, backsplash

    Rachid and his company has always done and excellent work for all the jobs he has done in our Milton house: kitchen backsplash, house painting inside and outside and he also did our bstm. He has always exceeded our expectations with his professionalism and expertise. I wouldn't hire anybody else as I always can rest assure I will be happy. Rachid takes great pride in the work he does and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his team to anyone else. Jimmy

    Refinish Master Bathroom

    Xterrahome's was brought in to do our main bathroom about 6 months ago. We were very pleased with their work and when considering someone to do the master bedroom bathroom, we did not hesitate to bring Rachid in to give us his ideas and to quote on the project. His ideas on what he could do with in the bathroom, (example, moving vent and water pipes to double walls to allow a full floor to ceiling glass enclosure to be installed for the shower), was both inspirational and technically correct. When we found out we could not get our existing hot tub refinished to white from the beige it had been for the last 20+ years, due to issues with paint around the jets, added more work on to the project, (totally replace the tub, install new stand alone with all new piping, etc,), Rachid was able to include the changes in to the work he was doing and deliver a fantastic end result. Of particular mention is Rachid's work ethic. He is punctual, hard working, exceptional and puts in 10-12 hour days to complete the project as soon as he can. Our friends have come over and seen the finished product, truly something we are very proud of and we recommend this contractor fully.

    GARAGE DOOR ENTERNCE/ BACKSPLASH

    "Xterra Home Renovations did my backsplash and a garge door from the house, very professional and did not leave a mess at all. They were very resonably priced as well. I have recommend Rachid and his crew to anyone! Thanks Again Guys!!!!"

    Home Renovation

    Rachid and his team from XTERRA HOME RENOVATIONS completed significant renovations in our home which included laminate/porcelain tiles for the floor including baseboards, painting whole house including fixing stucco in some areas, venting and installing Kitchen and bathroom exhaust fans, and changed lighting fixtures in the whole house. Rachid is a perfectionist. He has a great attitude, enjoys his work and takes it very seriously. He just does not complete his work but always looks to make it better. We are quite satisfied with his work.

    Basement, Painting, Washroom Reno

    Rachid was very professional and courteous and went above and beyond our expectations. He is truly a perfectionist and does his upmost to make sure that everything was completed on time and on budget. I would recommend Rachid to anyone looking for home renos and I have already passed his contact info along since I am beyond happy with his work. 10 out of 10 is not a high enough rating for his work. Thank you Rachid for making our house into a home.

    install laminate flooring

    Rachid was an excellent choice for me - he was there when he said he would be and finished when he said he would - he explained a couple of work arounds that were necessary and was very friendly all through the installation - he and his associate cleaned up before they left

    Home renovations

    My house on 7289 Harding cres was in desperate need to be sold. XTERRA HOME RENOVATIONS completley renovated my house from top to bottom all hardwood floors, 3 1/2 baths all painting interior and exterior. It was beautiful! sold in 1 week during the 2008 crash. These are the people you need to work on prize posessions we work so hard for.

    Renovate three bathrooms

    Rachid and his team were unblievably awesome. He is a perfectionist. he is a visionary. he provided both logistic ideas as well as design ideas. he knows his stuff and his price was 25% lower than the competition. He cleans up at then end of every day. We never had an issue Great job!!! We are really happy with the outcome.
