    Service

    In prep for selling my home, I needed to do some renovations that were quick, low cost, yet striking. I called domilya GROUP and within the space of a week, they gave me a quote and came out 3 days later to do the work. In one day, Rachid and his team transformed my dull kitchen with a new backsplash, and a stainless steel hood fan. Then they turned my mudroom and laundry area into a space that is now useful, practical, more organized and easier to keep clean. I got way more than I originally asked for without an increase in the cost! The work was done quickly, but the results looks like it took days to accomplish. They started early in the day so my kids were still sleeping and Rachid asked his guys to do the quieter tasks first so the noise wouldn’t wake my kids! Service! Service! Service! The level of professionalism was impressive – something I rarely see. In my line of work, I deal with contractors on a regular basis and I can attest to the level of quality, integrity and expertise that domilya GROUP delivered – very rare indeed. Awesome work guys!

    Bathroom Reno

    It's our first reno project in our very old house (more than 100 years old). There were leaks into the bathroom through the window and ceiling. Rachid responded quickly with questions I had before the reno. And during the reno, Rachid, Nav and Andrew made sure that the room is watertight. Tested that the window is sealed. Created a new vent because the old vent was blocked. They made sure the subfloor wasn't sagging, which was fortunate because I chose very large floor tiles. We had some miscommunication (it's our first reno project). And I think the test of a really good contractor is when you can work through the problems encountered together.     Bathroom Renovation

    Rachid and his team (Nav & Andrew) did a fantastic job re-renovating my main floor bathroom after my previous renovation disaster. They were very professional, punctual, workmanship of high quality, and were very attentive to detail. They were on budget and completed the job 1 day earlier than planned. Once again, many thanks to Rachid and his team. I will definitely use them again and refer them to family & friends.

    Bathroom construction in basement

    Recently I had Rachid and his team working for me for the bathroom construction in my basement. It was a wonderful experience having Rachid work for my house.Not only Rachid is a very professional person he is also a committed guy who live doing his job.he gave my laundry room an entirely new and beautiful look.he and his team members were very punctual and hardworking.my every penny spent on this project is worth after the job was finished.we loved his work and would definitely using more of t his expertise and innovative ideas in our next projects. Not to forget his team from heba to Alex and Andrews they all did a great job. Thank you Rachid .

    Ensuite Bathroom

    Rachid and his crew recently renovated our master bathroom for us. And we have nothing but praise for his crew. Not only was Rachid very helpful with his suggestions, he was also very professional and takes great pride in his work. His crew would arrive early in the day and often stayed late in the evening to get the job done. They were very good about cleaning up after each day as well – leaving no messes behind. Even when we asked Rachid to repaint the bathroom walls a second time because we had changed our minds on the wall colour, he was more than happy to make sure we have an end product that we are happy with. We are more than happy with the end product! When we have other renovation projects to consider in the future, we’ll definitely be contacting Rachid again!

    Miscellaneous chores to prep a home for sale

    I'm an interior decorator and this was a rush job for my client who is about to list his house for sale. Domilya Group provided prompt cheerful professional thorough service beyond my expectations. We needed an HVAC expert asap and Rachid had one at the house within an hour (he only uses licensed professionals). Nothing was too much trouble. Furniture and art and accessories were safely moved aside and covered, and replaced when finished. Site was thoroughly vacuumed to remove all traces of dust. Paint was colour-matched very closely so freshly-painted walls blended with the walls that we didn't have to paint. Rachid has an eagle eye and high standards for quality. His workers are an excellent team that support each other as needed, with no complaints to each other or negative words. It was my first time working with Rachid and I look forward to a long working relationship with him. With him on the job, I definitely look good to my clients.

    Attic Insulation

    Rachid arrived punctually and finished the job earlier than expected. He checked that we were satisfied with the work. In finishing, he cleaned up well. We are very happy with Rachid and would certainly hire him for further projects. He has expertise in many areas! The quality of his work is impeccable!

    Basement Restoration after Flood

    Rachid was prompt, professional and meticulous. He is a highly skilled perfectionist that sincerely cares about doing a good job. He stays until the job is done, even when that means working around the clock. We will definitely hire him again.

    Various home renovations

    Rachid has been my contractor for over 10 years his work and customer service are amazing! He loves what he does and he is takes lots of pride in his workmanship! Rachid and his team have done several projects for us in our Milton home. From Finishing a basement to smoothing ceiling, Painting the whole house and adding potlights and even making our fireplace mantle smaller so my TV can Hang above it! AMAZING!!!! Rachid Helped us update our Oakville homes to sell and downsize and we got $40,000 over asking price because of his special details to what colour to choose to what updates to do to make it more modern and sellable! He knows what it take to sell it how to fix it up the way to make it sell quickly! He has a great eye for detail and is very proffessional! THANK YOU Rachid, Can't wait to move to the new house and have more work done in January 2014! Truly appreciative

    preparing house for sale.

    Words like Integrity, trust, personable, and Valuable are just a few to describe my experience with Domilya Group. right from point of contact I was impressed with working with this company. Not once did I get a surprise with what was being done or had to be done. I was talked through every step and given extremely valuable advice. My home sold for $30,000 above asking price so you tell me.. was it worth working with Domilya Group.. ABSOLUTELY, I wont work with any other and would highly recommend you contact them prior to making any decisions on your renovations.
