    waterproof work

    I was very satisfied with there work. Very clean on the job site, they seemed they had lots of knowledge on what they were doing. They explained what was needed to be done step by step. I would recommend this company to others with water proofing needs.

    Waterproofing

    I hired ICY Reno Waterproofing to complete work on my house this summer. Igor was very professional and knowledgeable during during his consultation. The work was of excellent quality and was completed rapidly. Would hire again.

    Basement Crack

    OUTSTANDING!!! Igor and his team far exceed our expectation. They found other issues with the foundation and fixed them with out question or trying to "hold us over a barrel". What he quoted never changed however he did more than what he originally quoted! We had a few quotes and he was in the middle but explained the process and used a higher "than code" grade material too make sure it was perfect. I can't say enough good things. We are in a large renovation currently and by far he was cleaner and more punctual than the other contractors that are working for us now. We are doing some more foundation work next year and will only use Igor and his amazing team of professionals!!

    Waterproofing

    Igor came to fix our leaky wall, and did it in no time flat. The quality of work was great . Igor was a pleasure to deal with, and he has always delivered the best in service whenever we've needed. Thanks!

    Igor was quick to return my call, showed up as promised, explained the process and provided a written quote. He booked a date with me, showed up on time, delivered quality service, cleaned up and left the place very clean .I would recommend Igor and his team.

    Foundation Waterproofing

    We contacted ICY RENO after we had found moisture damage in our basement. Igor arrived within a few days and gave us a quote on the spot, with a 25 yr. guarantee on the job. Igor seemed quite knowledgable and confident about the work that needed to be done, and shared with me some pictures of a job he was working on earlier that day. The day of the job Igor showed up with two other workers and worked hard through the day into the early evening in order to finish in the same day. Igor explained all the steps as they were being done, as well as the products he had chosen and why. I really appreciated (as did my neighbours) his creativity in ensuring that we would not have to disconnect our air conditioner and add another $500 for an a/c person to come out. The quality of his work, and the pricing makes Igor my top recommendation for this type of job! I have already recommended him to others and spoken very highly of his work.

    Internal waterproofing, sump pump installation

    I found Igor through our local building supply store, where he came recommended. He provided a quick estimate that was far more reasonable than several other wild ones I received from competitors and promised to complete the work in two days. It seemed like an ambitious timeline. His crew had to rip up floors and walls, jackhammer concrete, install weeping tile, install the pump, and then pour concrete to cover the whole mess up. He beat his timeline, and then some. They managed to do everything in a single afternoon with a large and efficient crew. From that day forward, Igor has eagerly answered all my questions and advised me on how to apply for a City rebate that will cut the total price of the work in half. He always answers his phone and stands by all his promises. What more could you want in a contractor?

    House Foundation Repair

    Professional, reasonable, reliable, friendly, efficient. Did a fantastic job. Have already recommended to others who are just as happy. Very thorough inspection before starting work that resulted in a completed job, the first time.

    Waterproofing.

    Had ICY Reno waterproof the entire side of my Toronto home last July 2014. The work was done safely, the team was polite, and the guy who came to disconnect the AC was really cute :) No complaints - would recommend to a friend.

    Flooded basement.

    During heavy rain in July 2013 my basement got flooded. It was lare in the evening, but Igor was the only one who answered my call at 8.30 pm. Because I was not the only one to experience such problem, Igor's company were very busy, so I had to wait for 2 days for my appointment (about the same as other companies). When he arrived he really took time and effort to explain to me step by step the process. Igor is very professional, as he was able to give me an estimate on the spot. I appreciate that there was no pressure to sign the contract. Job was done quickly and neatly on scheduled day. Thanks ICY Reno for a great customer service. Thanks!
