We had cracks in our foundation letting water into the basement, ICYReno was able to fill the cracks and stop the leaks. We are so grateful for everything. The team did an amazing job. They were professional, clean and efficient.

We have had Igor to come and give us an estimate for our leaking wall. My neighbour recommended Igor and his company to me, and he highlighted Igor's professionalism and outstanding abilities to solve problems. Our expectations did absolutely come true right after we talked to him. Not only did he give us a very reasonable price, but also clearly explained the problem solution step by step. Igor and his crew arrived at his work site early and worked even through rainy weather as promised. He made sure that the site is absolutely clean and neat. If anybody asks, I would definitely recommend Igor for any related jobs as he is very knowledgeable and hard-working.

Very impressed with the workmanship and level of professionalism in this company. Rarely do we we seek external help for home renovations, but in this case it was definitely worth it. Igor was very personable and ensured transparency throughout the entire process; he explained everything that was being done and why, so that we felt assured every step of the way that this would be a job done right. I had plants growing close to my walls that caused leaking into the basement. ICY Reno guys were really helpful. They not only resolved the issue in a fast way but also explained how to prevent this issue in the future. Would definitely recommend them to my friends. Not the cheapest but the best value for money.

I am very happy with the work that Igor and his team did in my home and am so pleased with how great the experience was in working with them. My basement was flooded and needed a ton of prevention measures to be put in place to fix the vulnerabilities. Igor came up with great solution ideas and was able to quote me right on the spot on his first visit. We had several quoters come in and his quote was right in the middle of the others. I felt much more comfortable with him than going with the other cheaper options.... It just felt right with him. No matter what he came across during the job, he stuck to his original quote. The job consisted of: interior waterproofing (membrane/weeping tile) around the perimeter of my house, sump pit/ pump installation, re-grading a concrete walkway to direct water away from my house, raising the height of my window wells, replacing two drains with better catch basins and a sewer backup valve installation (installed by Igor's partner company - Toronto Drain & Plumbing -- also great!. Dealing with Igor was very comforting. The job was done impressively quickly and cleanly. Each night, the crew cleaned up so well which was so much appreciated. Although it is too soon to know whether or not we will ever have water come into our basement again, I have a good feeling that the job was all done perfectly, and trust that Igor stands behind his warranty. I would recommend Igor to anybody! (and already have ... he'll be doing work for my grandfather next week :)

My 'new' basement leaked every time it rained. Quote was quick and easy - Igor came and was very friendly and explained things well - A week later, Igor's team came and installed exterior weeping tile (dug 7 feet down around my semi-detached, fixed cracked walls, sealed and wrapped with that dimpled stuff). FANTASTIC WORK. Done in 3 days! And right on the money. They also did sump pit/pump install, interior weeping tile in cold room and set up backflow preventer through a master plumber subcontractor. VERY pleased! It's been raining almost non-stop since they finished and my basement is bone dry.

I had a problem with a sewer back up. I called for few different companies for estimate and solutions, Igor came exactly on time, estimate was professional,solution was simple (back water valve), the time frame was very precise and the price was fair . The crew showed up on time. The work was done very professionally, all the necessary protection was installed. The inspector from the city showed up as Igor told us. The work was finished exactly on time. The work area was clean. I definitely recommend ICY RENO as a solution for any drain or waterproofing problems.

I couldn't be more pleased with the exemplary service provide by ICYRENO. I had exhausted every effort to open our clogged drain pipe from the house to the street..Nothing i did worked. I have found ICYReno at HomeStars and called them for an estimate. Their price was really competitive and Igor was very knowledgable. I liked the way they did exterior waterproofing in my home. I definitely recommend ICYReno to everybody who has problems with waterproofing.
