    Stair Railing

    I had a very dated and painted iron railing with a vinyl wrapped handrail that needed to be removed and replaced. Also, needed a handrail on the 2nd flight of stairs. They got back to me quickly on my email request and provided a quote based on pictures I provided. We visited the showroom and selected finish and product styles within 30 minutes. They showed up on-time. Workers we very efficient and laid mats on the floor to ensure everything was kept clean. Quickly removed old handrail and went about making and installing the new railing. Measuring, cutting, sanding and staining was done on-site to perfection. They were also able to place the newel post in the hardwood floor for a very clean professional look. The finished product looks great and very safe and secure. Work was completed within the day and clean-up was great. Job well done! Would call again for additional similar work and would recommend to a friend. Included is 1 before and 3 after pictures.

    Stair and Hallway Carpet Removal with Hardwood replacement

    I was confident with Mesh from the onset of discussions about our reno design ideas. The project was a complete replacement of the stairway, treads, risers, stringers, spindles and hallway flooring to match existing hardwood. All members of this firm were professional, accommodating and extremely well organized. Everyday the site was left spotless. The final Result was perfect, superior workmanship delivered on time , and on budget.

    Quality work, timely completion

    We wanted to refinish our oak stairs, change the pickets and remove carpet and restore wood floors in 2 rooms. Unlike other quotes Mesh and Raman supplied complete quotes including moving furniture from one room to another. No surprises. The team worked in a timely manner, completing the work on the date decided on. They worked cleanly and tidied up each day.we are thrilled with the results.

    Great service

    Mesh was prompt in sending me a quote and answered all questions in detail. Once the work started, he & Rajan were very good at following up any concerns we had and addressed them immediately. The stain was a great match to the hardwood floor we installed and the stairs look beautiful. Thank you.

    Hardwood installation and Stairs Renovation

    We are really impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism Rajan, Mesh and the whole team from Ideal Stairs, did for redoing our stairs and hardwooding one of our rooms and the hallway.     Flooring & Stairs

    From start to finish, we were very pleased with Ideal Stairs and their staff. They worked with us to develop a scope and price that we were happy with, and were great at answering all of our questions as we went through the process. The installation was very clean and efficient, and they workmanship outstanding. We also had them install baseboard and door casings throughout our main floor and upstairs hallway. Overall, we're extremely pleased with the final product, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ideal Stairs.

    New staircase railings

    I found the Ideal Stairs company online and I was a little apprehensive because I don't normally use a company without a personal recommendation. However, I am happy to say that it was a great experience. The salesman, Rajan, was very knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. The two installers who came to my house were also extremely professional, tidy, and completed the work in a very short period of time. They were willing at any point during the installation to make alterations if I requested them. There were no surprises or issues, and the standard of their work was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Ideal Stairs and their representatives to anyone contemplating this kind of work.

    Stairs re-finish and Hardwoord Install

    We highly recommend this company. Initially, we were skeptical with so many 10 star reviews, but I have to admit they are well worth the rating. We could not have been more pleased with the quality of work, and the overall customer service. The staircase is unbelievable. The recommendations from Mesh were spot on, the work is fantastic, and the stairs do not make a sound anymore!!

    Stepping Up

    Great job by the entire team! Two full staircases and landings and a second floor ledge. There was a concern about the graining on a section of the railing and it was immediately rectified to our complete satisfaction. Quality people delivering a quality job. All the best and thanks, John
