    Staircase & handrails

    We needed to have our stairs rebuilt and handrails added for safety reasons. The staff was great about helping us decide on what we wanted. We gave them a sample of our flooring so they could match the finish and it was an exact match. The staff were hard workers and kept everything very clean. Raj would come around to check the work and answer any questions that we had. We will definitely refer them to any friends needing work done. If I was to give 1 small area where they might improve it would be to try to tell us what time they would be there in the morning. The times always varied but the work was done well & efficiently. Thank you for a job very well done.

    Professional stair renovation. Excellent results.

    Professional and efficient. Very good at what they do - stairs. Good communication, clean work, excellent results. Worth every penny. Besides, both Rajan and Mesh are nice and reasonable individuals. We're already looking forward to engaging them on our next renovation projects. Highly recommended.

    Stair remodelling

    I am SO pleased with the results! These guys are fantastic! Hard working, professional and VERY talented. I highly recommend them and in fact already have recommended them to 2 friends! Thank you Mesh and Rajan, Vinoh and Rajah and all the other guys involved in creating 2 beautiful stairways! It was a huge job beautifully done AND on time!

    THANKS IDEAL STARS!!!

    Our thanks to Mesh,Rajan and team for the awesome transformation of our stair case. We have done lots of renovations to our home and the staircase was like the ugly duckling. From start to finish Ideal stairs communicated with us , they were neat and tidy, did all the detail work ,did not make lavish promises;they simple did professional work all the way through. Nice to deal with people who have integrity. Now the unsightly stair case is the Center piece and really sets the tone for the rest of our home. Regards John

    Stairs

    I must say the customer service was exceptional, along with the workmanship! my wife and I were very happy with the treatment from start to finish. Mesh at the showroom was very accommodating and made us feel like we mattered to him and Ideal Stairs. the home visit by Rajan also made us feel important to Ideal Stairs. We would recommend Ideal Stairs to anyone who was interested in doing a renovation. Gino

    New stairs

    We needed new treads and spindles for our stairs from the main floor to upstairs but wanted to keep the handrail. In addition we had this rounded off corner that still had old carpet. The job was done very professionally - all spindles are perfectly positioned - and the end-result is a beautiful stairway. The corner looks great and matches the steps and the handrail looks like new after it was refinished. I would recommend Ideal stairs to anyone.

    Resanding, adding rails, installing safety gates

    Ideal Stairs were the only company I could find willing to custom build child safety gates to match my new stairs re build. Communicated well with me throughout the job. Happy with the result

    Hardwood stairs in a condo

    Living in a two story condo in the entertainment district makes it challenging to find contractors willing to do work for you unless it’s a full condo renovation. Mesh and Rajan had no issues with the job and were very prompt in responding to my request for a quote. I had been in contact with other contractors previously, none who were as prompt as Mesh and Rajan. The work from start to finish was completed in 3 days. They kept me updated the whole way through and I am very happy with the result. The stain they matched looks bang on, I don’t think it could have been better. I would certainly recommend them to my friends.

    Stair renovations

    Rajan and his crew did an amazing job for us. They renovated stairs from main floor to 3rd floor and basement,also upgraded the railings and they matched the colour perfectly .Job was done on time and we are very happy with the end results.We recommend Ideal Stairs to anybody.

    Installed new stairs and refinished floors

    Ideal stairs, removed old stair carpet and stairs and completely updated the staircase to the loft and the basement. This included new landings at top and bottom. The floors were refinished by buffing and varnishing and installing new nosing around the baseboard. All was completed on schedule and to the originally quoted price. Any minor issues we found were attended to promptly. We found the employees friendly and willing.
