    New Furnace installation.

    I contacted Jack from Direct air to get a quote to purchase and install a new furnace in my house, Jack came in my house and provide quotes of different options and best advises. He sent his very expert and professional team for installation as per my preffered schedule. High quality work and very competitive and reasonable price.

    Lenox furnace installation.

    Same old story. Furnace broke needed a replacement quick. Knew people that had their furnace and A/C replaced they both recommended Direct Air. After having my furnace replaced I would do the same.

    Furnace Replacement

    We hired Direct Air System to exchange our furnace. They were prompt with their response and completed the work with care. We will definitely contact Direct Air System for any future installations and recommend to family and friends.

    Furnace install

    Extremely happy with the service provided by Direct Air. The team was extremely professional, efficient, and respectful of our home. I have used them now for both my furnace and my AC. I would highly recommend them to all.

    Excellent Service

    We had our air conditioner, furnace, air purifier and humidifier replaced by Direct Air. Their services were very timely and very competitively priced. Their staff were polite and clean. We would highly recommend them.

    Heat Pump Installation

    I had a fantastic experience with Direct Air Systems. I had called a few places, but Robert was the friendliest and most approachable person I got a hold of. He came to my house to assess what could be done, with no commitment from me, and clearly explained what he could do and the costs involved. He walked me through my options, and we parted with me left to think about it. Months later, I was finally ready to go, and Saeed the technician and his associate came out and did a wonderful job. He was respectful, efficient, and tidy, and walked me though how to use the new system to make sure I wasn't confused by anything. Couldn't be happier with the result, and love the new Lennox heat pump. Great job guys!

    Outstanding Customer Service

    These guys are amazing. We called one morning when our air conditioning stop working. They came to diagnose the issue later that morning. The bad news was the old unit was done and had a major refrigerant leak. The good news is they installed a new unit the very next morning which was important because it was very hot and humid in the house. They recommended an affordable solution with very reasonable pricing. Trustworthy company with high integrity and great customer service.

    Awesome!

    After struggling with another provider to replace a failed air conditioner I called Direct Air. Jack promptly came to assess and provided an informative review of our options. Gave us a reasonable quote and quick timeframe for installation. Installers showed up right on schedule, were efficient and tidy. They did a fantastic job. New Lennox air conditioner is terrific. Direct Air has my business now!

    Air conditioning job. Last fall did my furnace

    Supplied a Lennox 2 ton unit for my 1500 square foot house. Started on time and cleaned up after.

    Heating and ac installation

    Excellent service ,did a fantastic job installing heating and ac. Very satisfied. The service men were professional and arrived on time and complet3d the job on time. Tested both hearing and ac. Provided great customer service.
