Jack was professional and extremely prompt. I needed a replacement part for my Napoleon Prestige wood fireplace to satisfy a WETT inspection. Direct Air's prices were excellent. I will use Direct Air Bolton for all of my HVAC needs.

On one of the cold days of winter all of sudden my furnace stop working, and it was really cold, when I called Jack from Direct Air, he made it a priority to come and take a look , after we realize it was time to replace it, he gave me a good price on a new model, and the very next day our furnace was installed and running , so my family did not have to feel the cold again, I like the expertise , punctuality and the value, and the staff were very professional and clean,I was impressed with the service, I would like to thank the company for well done job. I will definitely recommend them to my friends , and I will use them again if I need .

The crew finished a quality job in one day and they cleaned up completely. After service was prompt to fix a small drain leak. Price point beat the competition hands down. A small company that really can deliver.

Jack and his team were great - polite, trustworthy, nice guys who did a great job identifying our issue (freon leak), providing us with clear options (refill or replace, but refilling came with risks and was ultimately a temporary solution), and then a very competitive price on the replacement unit. We now have a very quiet air conditioner that is keeping the house cool again. I would definitely recommend them to friends.

They installed an air exchange system and redid the nozzles on the furnace. I found Direct Air from driving past their place on the way into town and had seen their ads. They worked very hard and did a great job.

I used Direct Air about six months ago, in the summer, when I just moved into the new house. The Lennox website recommended using their services for the installation of one of their air conditioner units. I shopped around for other companies but Direct Air were the best priced. I dealt with Jack who was very nice. He gave us a quote and said he could do the job in X number of days, which I was really shocked by because it was the summer and I thought lots of people would need their air conditioners put in then too. He was very courteous, accommodating, and professional. I never give perfect scores but I'd rate them really highly. I'm very happy with their services.

We used Direct Air for the installation of an exterior tankless water heater. We were referred to them by the manufacturer of the water heater and dealt with Jack. We are ultimately very satisfied with the work done and with the experience.

I did an internet search and found Direct Air Systems. I called a few other companies first but the salesman at Direct Air (I can't remember his name, maybe John) sounded like he knew what he was talking about. They installed a new air conditioner and heater and were very good.

Direct Air put in all new stuff for us as far as the furnace and air conditioner goes. First they did a home audit energy check, which I don't think is required by the government any more. I dealt mostly with Jack, who is a super sweet nice guy. After he did the home audit the furnace wasn't working so he drove half an hour out to his place to get us a new heater. He's a really great guy. I give him the highest grade.
