Direct Air Systems has serviced three of our homes and we have referred them to our family and friends. They always go above and beyond in their service delivery. Their timeliness and quality of their service is unmatched. Our dated HVAC equipment seems to always breakdown over holidays or extreme weather and they are always quick to come support repairs and or replacement. I remember the furnace in our first house in Aurora died on Christmas Eve and Jack came out to the house and brought heaters so we could manage until his team arrived to replace it. They are also very knowledgeable about government rebates and best value for money. You will not find a better HVAC company then this.

I have called Direct Air regarding replacing my current one Jack was on the phone with me and gave the price for the new air conditioner then he came to inspect the old the following day and my new one was installed on the following day as Jack mentioned. The technician was very professional and done a good job and took the old one with them and I am very happy with them. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. Before I purchase the product from them I have called few places and and the prices were bit expensive than the Direct Air

Very professional company. Technician and sales were courteous and delivered everything that was promised. Being a technical person myself, I was impressed with how the installation Technicians were attention to detail, they were very neat and precise. The company pricing for the Lennox AC was great also. My condenser broke during a heatwave, I call direct air and in no time Jack came and gave me an estimate and right after they came and install a new condenser, very pleased with their service, they are knowledgeable and neat job, I highly recommend them, thanks
