Thomas and his son were very professional people from the very start. Thomas has many years of experience and you can really tell. Prior to meeting Thomas, he was responded to my calls and texts all throughout the day & night to make sure I was designing it to perfection. Him and his son are very clean, knowledge and respectful. I highly recommend anyone who wants their Ikea kitchen done, call these two!

Thomas and his son Brandon installed our entire kitchen cabinets - from the very first phone call to installation, Thomas was incredibly helpful and extremely kind. Thomas and Brandon have a detailed knowledge of the IKEA kitchen systems, including every box and product. Thomas suggested a modification that gave us a much more functional design with more drawer space and a larger, much more efficient and balanced island. They are impeccable with installation and very precise. They offer an extremely high level of service, way beyond our expectations, and I highly recommend them for any kitchen installation. We are so happy with our new kitchen!

Thomas did a beautiful job of assembling and installing an IKEA SEKTION pantry cabinet that had been cut down by someone else to fit in the available space, with the holes re-drilled. It was the sort of scenario where a novice could easily have run into trouble and gotten stuck if anything had been the least unusual, but Thomas is clearly very experienced and didn't bat an eye. He did it in exactly the time and budget he predicted, and was punctual and respectful. I'm relieved to have chosen IKEALEY for this project, as I can only imagine how much hassle it would have been if I'd tried it on my own! Now I have so much more storage space in my kitchen and it's a joy.

We just had our kitchen cabinets replaced by Thomas and his son Brandon and we couldn't be more impressed. They have an encyclopedic knowledge of Ikea's product lines and various configurations. Having taken the plan that we designed on Ikea's online kitchen home planner they worked efficiently over two days and had the whole job done in no time. Prior to the job Tom was easy to communicate with and responsive to both phone calls and emails. Initially I was a bit worried that they didn't want to come out and look at the job site in advance. However once they arrived it was clear that it just isn't necessary for them. They seemingly have the ability to work around any challenge. Beyond that both of them were highly respectful of our home. We'd had the hardwood floors refinished the week prior and were a little touchy about anything causing damage. Tom and Brandon were very understanding and immediately protected the floors upon arrival. They cleaned up at the end of both days and made the final disposal of packaging easy for us. Very highly recommended!

I embarked on my first kitchen renovation this year. I wanted to update my entire condo kitchen which hadn't been renovated in 25 years. Thomas not only did a great job installing the IKEA kitchen cabinets, he was also able to help me trouble shoot a number of things that as a first time home owner and first time renovator, needed a lot of hand holding. Thomas is professional, knowledgable, and does a great job - highly recommend!

Great service and very efficient. We hired Thomas to install our kitchen which included a large island. He is very detailed orientated and knowledgeable when explaining how the kitchen worked. My husband and I late this summer decided to take on a kitchen renovation. We had no idea where to start. After much research we settled on the idea of an IKEA kitchen. We realized very quickly how big of a job this kitchen reno was going to be once we started planning the details. I quickly got cold feet about the whole idea. Then I stumbled onto the Homestars web site and Ikealey Kitchen Installers. Reading through the fabulous reviews and knowing they cannot be altered by the contractor, I left the phone number with my husband to call Thomas. Thomas showed up on time, came in and measured and designed our kitchen. This was done within the first 12 hours of our meeting him. In the design he included everything we had talked about and we now had a price for our Kitchen. After reviewing the Ikea quote and Thomas answering our lists of questions and our reviewing his quote to install we knew we were in good hands. We proceeded without hesitation and hired Thomas. Into Ikea we went to order our Kitchen. They did not need to change a thing that Thomas had created on our profile. Everything we needed to build our kitchen was there. We placed the order and once everything arrived from IKEA we informed Thomas and set an install date. On that date he showed up on time with his son Brandon and within a day and a half our entire old kitchen was ripped out, disposed of, and he had the new kitchen cabinets completely installed with hardware, Lazy Susans, etc.... WOW From the beginning, we had been very up front with Thomas and explained to him that we would need help with recommendations of trades. So once the cabinets were in he was able to help us by coordinating with his trade contacts to get done what we needed. Counter tops, electrical and the plumbing. He installed our Microwave and installed the dishwasher door front. This made life so much easier than us trying to find all the trades we needed and all his recommendations were really fantastic and having Thomas coordinating between us and them to ensure we were billed as quoted and that we were happy with the work, made it effortless. Thomas is always on time, does what he says he is going to and if there is going to be a deviation from any previously discussed costs, he is very upfront. There were no surprises. His attention to detail is fantastic and all he cares about is that you are happy with the end result. He will not accept anything less. There is never the feeling of him trying to just get it done and go on to the next job. He really takes pride his work and it shows. He was always willing to answer our questions through out the whole process. For us he even took customer service that one step further and fixed our bathroom door when no one was looking. It was not closing properly due to humidity and we’re positive, it made him crazy. LOL I’m sure it was it was a simple fix for him, but for us it was a fix that was sooo appreciated. We will always speak of that “extra” with a smile because it really does reflect his “attention to detail” “make the customer happy” business approach. He lived up to every one of the great reviews I read on here and actually superseded them. We love love love our kitchen and we would not hesitate for one second to recommend Thomas. If we ever need anything like this done again we would not work with anyone else. Michelle & Bruce

From the first call and email, Thomas was by far the most attentive and detailed contractor that I had contacted to install my Ikea kitchen. Thomas went through my list, told me of potential deficiencies, and asked detailed questions so that he had a good grasp on what I wanted done, from filler pieces, to positioning of all of the cabinets. Scheduling was quick, and Thomas showed up on time ready to go! A whole kitchen install, including build, took him 2 fulls days with no help. Thomas had a few extra pieces with him which was very helpful, as Ikea forgot to send a hinge - things like this saved us time on the install, and are invaluable to keep things moving. The fit and finish of the kitchen is perfect. Thomas did an excellent job, and his OCD (ie: attention to detail) shows heavily in his cuts, alignment, and comments / questions during install. I HIGHLY recommend Thomas to build/install your kitchen. Thanks Thomas!
