Very professional company. Completed the nstallation of my Ikea Kitchen in a day. Had some problems with a unit, they came back promptly and fixed the issue, and assisted me in solving a problem with my dishwasher, which was due improper installation by the plumber. Very helpful, kind and courteous installers. I would highly recommend them.

Tom Keeley of KitchenInstallersVancouver.com was great. They were far more cost-effective than the company Ikea recommended and they did a very good job with the installation. Finished it all in a day and came back afterwards to fix up a few other things that had been missed. They went above and beyond in terms of customer service and I'd highly recommend them for others.

Hired Tom from Kitchen Installers Vancouver to install a kitchen from Ikea in a basement suite we were putting in. While the price quoted was good, he nickle and dimed things onto the quote and didn't finish the work completely. The installation was good and quick but he didn't tell us the handles were missing and asked to be paid again to install the handles. Be careful of what is included in your quote.
We are glad to hear that you were happy with the quality of your IKEA kitchen installation. At IKEALEY/Kitchen Installers Vancouver, we strive to ensure every customer is a satisfied customer. We are disapointed to hear that you were upset with the call-back charge for mounting the handles on the kitchen. The fact that you did not purchase your handles from Ikea was beyond our control . Once you purchased the handles (more than a month after the date of the kitchen installation), we sent out an installer to drill and mount the handles for a nominal service charge of $60.00 which was already discussed and agreed upon by you prior to our return. This basic call-back charge is standard practice within our industry when problems outside of our control arise and neccesitate the need for an installer to return to a job.
