    Vitaly came in with a great price. The crew was quick and efficient and cleaned up after. I got all my windows done and sliding door.

    Company that stood behind their work

    I have used Total Home and Windows for 3 different jobs. I have also referred them to a couple other people. I usually don't write reviews unless I had exceptional service. My last installation required a bit of cutting on the inside of the house where there was a backsplash. The installer overlooked the the fact that cutting the stone tile created a lot of dust. There was a mess everywhere. The homeowners were upset since they had to clean and some food stuff had to be thrown out. Total Windows was understanding and refunded $100 towards the clean up. These are the small things that show the integrity of a company. I have used them before and will use them again. Thanks Anna and Daniel!! Kurt

    Window replacements

    We had 5 windows replaced and Alek was very professional and helpful. It was a good process from start to finish. Edouard and his partner did an amazing job installing the windows. We recommend them highly.

    Replaced 12 windows and 2 doors

    Been the installer and his team were great they were here all day installing and stayed till early evening to ensure that the project was complete they were very clean and tidy I would recommend them highly

    Windows and sliding doors replaced

    I had all my home windows and 2 sliding doors replaced and I am so pleased with the company's work. Vitaly was so helpful with choosing the right widows that work for us and was so knowledgeable and professional. Vazgen and his team of installers were incredible! Not only was their work amazing they were very friendly and ensured the property was clean before they left. They went above and beyond my expectations. I definitely highly recommend this company.

    Replacing all windows brick to brick

    I wouldn’t call them the best company. No!!! They are the best of the best in the entire country! I work in Construction QA/QC industry and they exceeded all the quality and performance measures not limited to detailed quotes, on time delivery & installation, product design (they produce the windows not just dealers), quality of products, quality installation, and price! The best description of this company is UPOD (Under- Promis, Over-Deliver) type of company. My appointment handled by Alex Merkin—this guy is gold. He advises you what works best for you. I can’t thank him enough for his honesty and the on-site follow up to ensure the work exceeded my expectations! Alex is a great estimator and Project Manager! The other who i should thank here is the installation manager Andre and his professional team! In 2 days they finished changing all windows of 4000 sf house from brick to brick and install sidings for 3 bay windows in addition to other works and window trims from inside. Andre and his team they don’t just finish a work, they deliver a piece of are work... TRUST me on that! They know what to do and very organized so they don’t waste time. I was so blessed by working with this company, Alex, and Andre and his team.

    Great Company

    Great service, great price and great installation! The cleanup was also super. Vitaly explained accurately what we were getting and was highly detailed and informative. Installer Ben and his crew didn’t cut corners and we’re impeccable. I highly recommend this company.

    Windows renovation

    Ben and his team was very professional. They were on time as promised and did change all my windows in a timely and professional manner. Even Vitaly was very professional and he told us only the windows those needed to change not wanted to rip us off. I recommend them. 100%. Thanks

    Install egress windows

    We wanted to install larger windows in our basement, for increased light and safety. Vitally gave us a thorough quote and the assurance that his crew knows how to do this challenging kind of installation. He came through in spades! Peter and Adrian - the digging and cutting crew - were precise and careful. Ben and his installation crew were efficient and complete. I cannot imagine the work being done to a higher standard. Even the tidying up when they left was excellent. I would recommend them, and I would hire them again for future work.

    Amazing service and quality

    We are very impressed with the quality and service of this company. The installation crew was very professional and they were able to complete the entire removal and installation in one day. I would highly recommend them!
