    Changing of all my windows and creating a cut out for a brand new window

    Incredible service and very knowledgeable staff. I can honestly say that this was a great experience. Our experience from sales (Alek) to installation ( Ben, Max and the team) was truly top notch. In addition to a whole house window replacement, we also had a cutout made to replace a fireplace. The mason that they work with (Peter) was very meticulous and people could swear that the window had always been there. We will definitely use their service again.

    Great service

    Professional and quiet workers. Took care in any cuttings, broken glass and the interior of my house. Did a great and thorough job. I would recommend them and hire them again.

    Window replacement

    Installer Ben and his team were excellent in terms of professionalism, proficiency, and efficiency. They did a great job with the windows and cleaned up after. The process went very smoothly. Very pleased with the service. Would recommend 100%.

    New Windows and Sliding Doors

    We just recently had all of our windows and patio doors done by Total Home Windows & Doors and we are extremely happy with the product and service provided. We just moved into our home this year and the windows were all original to the home (40 years old) and in need of replacement. Alex helped us out very well through the entire process with helping us pick what we wanted, showing us the factory where everything is made, and with coordinating everything. One aspect of our project was a little bit more complicated, but posed no problem to the Total Home team. We had a door and window combination in the back of the house, which we wanted to convert to a sliding patio door. It was originally done in such a way that both the standard door and the window shared part of the frame and one could not be touched without touching the other. Some other companies that came to give us quotes told us that we would have to arrange the cutout separately, which the Total Home team had no issue with. The gentleman that came to do the cutout did a wonderful job with the brick work and installing the new door sill. The crew that came out to do the window and patio door install also did a great job with the window and door install, the trim work, and all of the finishing details. The wooden trim that they used looks great and we now want to find out where they got it from for when we redo the rest of the trim in our home in our next renovations. Another great sign was all of our neighbours complimenting the work after it was completed and how much better it made our home look as well as looking for our referral.

    Patio Doors

    We got a few quotes from several door and window companies before purchasing from Total Home. Professional and knowledgeable sales representative and the installation was quick. Extremely satisfied with our new patio doors. They look amazing. Thank you.

    Window replacement great work

    The estimate was done carefully with lots of discussions and valuable suggestions from the vendor the installation was done in two days. The team has 4-5 people, each one knows what to do and they all look like enjoy what they do. They even capped the small fake window on my garage with a piece of metal which has the same color as our window frame, this is beyond the contract. Very nice job, we are all happy. The home becomes quieter after the new windows are installed . Thank you Total Home!

    The benchmark for the trades!

    These guys set the benchmark for all the trades! Every trade should aspire to be like Total Home Windows and Doors. In past dealings with the trades, we've all had "no shows", broken promises, hidden fees, shoddy work and leave a mess for you to clean up. These guys confirmed appt., they came in when they said they would, and did a very very good, clean, professional job. I figured I'd be left with fixing the drywall, repainting the trim, cleaning up their mess, dust, etc. But no, everything was perfect! In fact, the finished work look exactly like our existing windows which was our end goal. 5 Stars for these guys. I would give an extra star if I could.

    Window replacement

    Being a contractor myself I understand what customers are looking for. Ben and his team did a great job and would highly recommend them. The installation, the wood work and caulking is outstanding. High recommended.

    Best quality and best value

    Vitaly came in with years of experience and expertise, quoted options for pricing because it was 25 windows and let me choose what worked best for me. His crew was amazing- already recommended to others!

    Very professionnel.

    Ben installer and his team did professionnel job.On replacing my home 15 windows. Between 9am to 5 pm. Neat and clean job inside and out side of house. No brothering to family inside house. After job clean up awesome. We are very pleased with the work. 100% recommanded
