We just got all our windows [including the basement ones], the front door and the patio door replaced. We shopped around like crazy, interviewing all our neighbors and friends. We even visited their homes to check what they have done to get educated on what to ask. The next step was to get quotes, we got 4 in total. Well, what can I say, then came Eddy R, we had many conversations on what we liked and what we wanted to see. To our surprise, he had so many suggestions that we hadn't thought of, the one we are most thankful for is converting 3 individual windows to a large window frame that made the master bedroom look much bigger and looks marvelous from the outside, made most of our neighbours extremely jealous as they sill have the same builder setup and wished their window company suggested it to them.
He also suggested we convert 2 sliding windows to an awning style setup, which looked much better and very modern. He also suggested that we should change the opening of the patio door from left to right which made a big difference in access to the deck.
My wife was still not convinced to sign the deal until she actually visited the showroom/factory, well Eddy was more than happy to meet us at the showroom at whatever time we wanted. I must admit he was there waiting for us. The visit to the showroom was a real eye-opener, we got so many ideas of what else we can add such as windows patterns and colors. Thank You, Eddy, for everything much appreciated.
As we all know buying windows is one thing, however, if they are not installed properly then they are worthless. This is where Vitaly and his marvelous crew comes into to play. They were on time, the installation took 2 days as it was the entire house. They were very professional, each team member knew exactly what their role was in the installation, they worked like a well-oiled machine. Again, as usual, my wife was there to inspect, to her disappointment I suppose, she couldn't find a single fault! Finally, they cleaned everything up did the final inspection walkthrough.
We can both highly recommend TOTAL HOME WINDOWS AND DOORS I wish I'd taken some before and after photos but I see some other reviewers have uploaded photos. We were putting off this installation for so long as it's a costly affair, however, we got the best price for what we wanted from Eddy.
