    Windows and doors installation/manufacturing

    It was really great that I found this company. I needed the windows to be installed within short period of time - 3 weeks. And most of the companies had at least 6 weeks lead time. So total windows and doors rescued me there. They were able to manufacture and install windows within 3 weeks period and they also gave me better price than everybody else. Thanks Vitaly and the team.

    Windows and side door

    Great experience all round! Eddy the salesman was extremely helpful and made some great recommendations for colour and made a couple of on site visits to ensure we were happy with our choices. Even after we submitted the order and changed our minds they changed it with no hesitation. The 6 in the installation crew were polite and made a couple of checks to ensure they cleaned everything up and all the garbage was removed. I should add that their pricing was reasonable and competitive. Based on some other quotes we had. Would recommend this company and certainty use them again. Came in and got the job done quickly.

    16 windows replacement

    The guys at Total Home Windows & Doors were polite, helpful and extremely professional! The work was spotless and I've been in this industry for over 20 years - you don't see much quality craftsmanship anymore, but these guys know there stuff. We are very happy with everything they did and have been telling our friends about this company.

    Windows replacement

    This is the second time I used Total Home Windows and Doors to replace windows in another home that we bought recently. Vitaly arrived the same day and provided with a good quote and explanation, he suggested to put triple glass since our house is facing very busy street. Team of five installers came after three weeks and did very neat and clean job in one day. What a difference on soundproofing, now when my windows are closed I do not hear any noise. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody who needs windows and doors replacement. It is so pleasure to deal with right people these days.

    New Windows and Door

    We hired this company to install new windows and a front door. The crew who did the installation, and in particular, one installer, was very rude. He initially became upset due to a parking issue, followed by another rude exchange over the precise work to be done on a bay window. His reply to my concerns was that he was only a "subcontractor". Though we had paid for the installation of new trimming along our living room window, he insisted on using the existing trims, which had been scuffed during the installation of the new window. We have a few other windows that need replacing in our home in the kitchen and basement. Though I would have liked to use this company again, after my experience, we won't. We reached out to our sales representative, but his response was simply to be defensive. I would not recommend this company.

    New Windows and Doors for Entire house

    Cant recommend these guys enough. The quality of the windows is far superior to other companies. I have been using them for over 5 years for all our new properties and we never had any issues. The price is always competitive and the service is very professional. We signed up for full installation this time around because it was a very large project and the installation team was well organized and very knowledgeable. They came in worked tirelessly on all the doors and window and were done in a day and a half..the work was perfect and the clean up afterwards was impressive. Use total windows and doors and you will never be disappointed.

    Brick-to-Brick Window Replacement

    Had 10 windows and patio door replaced with triple-pane, vinyl, brick-to-brick installation. Sales person educated us on the different options available and helped up to choose the right choice and quality for our budget. The installers were in-and-out in one day and the windows look beautiful.

    Got my door installed today and very satisfied with the work. The installers were great, fast and clean.

    New windows

    We changed 20 windows and a patio door in our house, it was a big project! Thank you Eddy for organizing everything perfect! Andrew and his crew did an amazing, clean and professional job!

    Front Door Installation

    We would certainly recommend Total Home Window and Doors. From Eduard our Sales person to the installers, Mario and his partner (apologize for not getting his name), they were totally professional. Installation was perfect and we are very happy with our new door. Yvonne & Warren
