    Very impressed. Dealt with Vitaly from beginning to end. Very professional and customer oriented. He walked me thru every single detail in respect with the type of windows and performance. The installers were very professional and finish the job in one day. Excellent quality and workmanship. Outstanding job. Thank you Vitaly and team

    Main door replacement

    We worked with Eddy throughout the process. He was very professional and made sure we received the quality good and services on time. Crew sent for installation was very professional as well

    Window Replacement

    Had a great experience with this company. Eddy responded quickly to inquiries. Windows delivered and installed as per quoted time. Installation team was great. they worked non-stop, barely stopping to eat. They were friendly, courteous and meticulous about their work. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

    8 Windows 3 Doors

    I am so pleased that we chose Total Home Windows & Doors to complete our Windows and Doors. From the moment we met Eddy I knew he was doing our windows. He was prepared, knowledgable, and patient. He listened to what we wanted, provided his feed back and made the one vision I had for my bedroom a reality. I LOVE My Garden Doors. We are forever family! Everyone at the company I dealt with was phenomenal. Thank you Eddy, Iryna, Vesili & the crew. Sorry if i spelt anyones name wrong. Can't wait for our front Door in May/June when we are done our Hall Construction

    32 windows, door and garage doors

    Very impressed. From start to finish both Vitally's (sales and installation) were professional, timely, quick, clean and thorough. The install was JUST completed, but I don't see any indication I will need to update this 5 star review. Windows look great. Doors look great. Garage doors too. If the windows rate as highly as the service there will be no issues.

    Excellent customer service all the way through. Very professional install, great product and excellent price! Very happy and will use them again.

    Great service, fast delivery and installation

    We are extremely happy with the windows and doors purchased from Total Home Windows and Doors. They have totally changed the way our house looks and we can finally enjoy a warm home! We thought it was a great value for the price. We dealt with Eddy who was very professional and knowledgable. He was always available whenever we needed him to come by and offer advice. Our project was quite complex but Eddy handled it very well. Will highly recommend him to our friends and family.

    Great service, great people

    A good friend of mine recommended the company. I called Vitaly, measured the windows and he send me the contract the same day. They placed the order and in less than 10 days I had the windows installed. Great service I definitely recommend them.

    Replaced 24 windows in my home

    Dealt with Eddie. Very professional, did not pressure for the sale, gave a great demonstration. Did not over sell. Understood all my concerns and addressed them. Very easy to reach, returned calls. I had in total 24 windows replaced. As promised by Eddie the 3 man crew arrived on the day and time promised. They started on time finished the installation same day. I cannot say enough about the installers . Very, very professional and personable. Really new what they where doing. Even took the time to allowed me to ask questions and also watch. I cannot say how much my wife and I really appreciate their work and yes the quality of their windows are fantastic. Only installed yesterday but noticed last night how much sound was reduced from the outside (a bonus). Positive that my heating bills will also be reduced. Should have done this years ago.
