    Large Dining Room bay window, plus a number of misc. windows replaced/installed

    The sales portion of the service accurately described what would occur in the installation. The committed start date of the install from the contract was met. The installation service started on time, the work was done professionally. The crew cleaned up nicely after the installation. Management followed up within 24 hrs to insure work met client expectations. ....A job well done

    Replacement of bow window

    Vitaly. Very knowledgeable and unlike the others he came with samples, brouchers, on line photos of installations addresses and an invite to visit the factory. Not pushy! Product was at least equal to one other and better than the others but the price and professionalism won out. Met installation date. Work very quick, tidy and crew very likeable. A problem with one casement window was reported by crew and within an hour of their departure a technician came out and had it fixed. Product looks better than original. Joe

    Custom windows & installation

    Very professional company to work with, was shown options to suit our budget; installation was done by skilled craftsmen who take pride in their work, one of the window frames had a crack installer noticed it after it was already in, behind the scenes a new window was fabricated & brought to the installers to finish off the job same day. I didn’t know there was a problem - Very impressive. Highly recommend this company.

    Eddy - Great workmanship and Service

    Eddy Reznik is a great Guy. He helped us pick the exact windows that we wanted. His staff were on time and did an excellent job installing the windows. I cannot be any happier. An excellent product, a great guy to deal with and a fantastic price.

    Window and French door install

    I was looking for full service window installer. Brick work. Frame and install a brand new window. After talking to several top window suppliers they all wanted only to sell you easy replacement windows. Full service they did not want. Find your own brick layer cut the wall frame it and then call us. No such thing with Total Doors and Windows. Single stop. All pieces of the puzzle coordinated and done. Perfectly happy.

    Highly highly recommend this company

    Had our entire home redone (minus basement). From the initial quote to the last installation day they were great. Vitaly is very knowledgeable and has amazing customer service! Very refreshing to see a company stand behind their work and reputation and go the extra mile, a rare quality these days. Installers were fast, precise, hardworking, and clean! Our home looks amazing. We couldn’t be happier!

    Windows and Patio Doors for a 12 Unit Apartment Building

    I recently had all the windows and several patio doors replaced on a 12 unit apartment building in Kitchener. I did extensive research before contracting Total Home and Windows to do the work. Their reviews on Home Stars is why I initially contacted them. They were prompt, professional, provided a written quote and were very competitive on price. They completed the work on schedule as promised. My property manager that was on site was ecstatic about their work (and she is very hard to impress). I went by and saw the final product and was very happy with the product and work. I would definitely recommend this company going forward and will be using their services again in the future for other apartment buildings in my portfolio.

    New Addition and Replacement Windows

    From beginning to end, Eddy Reznik and Dimitri's team were wonderful. We spent a lot of time getting quotes from other companies and speaking with reps, and although Total Home was not the cheapest we found, we chose them because they were knowledgeable and honest. They were professional every step of the way. Eddy was able to work with us as we coordinated with other trades for our enclosure. He even answers the phone on evenings and weekends! And when one our screens broke, Eddy was able to help fix our problem without question. I would recommend Total Home without any hesitation! We love our new windows!

    Window replacement

    The service was excellent! The installation staff were courteous and professional. They took great care and showed respect for my home and the integrity of their work. They cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, and in half a day my home had new windows with no other proof my place had been a work site. I am also very pleased by the products used, and I am grateful for the thorough, experienced guidance on product selection. I simply don't have the words to adequately express my pleasure with the entire experience. They were great!

    4 windows in total - 3 in bedrooms, one in bathroom

    They were proffesional, knew their job. Fast and reliable, finished within 3 hours. After they finished the job, they took time to clean everything. I would reckmmend them.
