We urge our clients to get someone to check us during the work or after it's been completed because we do not have anything to hide. Hi Kevin. It was a pleasure to help you and your family with such a crucial part of your home. Our mentality since opening the company has been to look out for our clients the same as we do for ourselves. This includes not only doing a good and honest job, but also to deal with insurance companies' appraisals/estimates and see that your interest is defended. Insurance staff is trained to be as efficient as possible, at times lowering measurements so that the payout is less. If you had gone ahead with the estimate they initially provided and with their preferred contractors, you would have probably gotten a worse job than was done with the old installation. Many people have experienced nightmares with their roofs in recent times. It is crucial for everyone to do their research and follow their gut feeling, not their pocket. As tempting as it is to save 2-3 thousand dollars, you take a chance on the roof leaking in a few years. Our warranty of 15 years not only protects you for a really long time, but it also keeps us focused in doing the job better than good enough so it lasts that long without the need of any repair. If your previous roof lasted almost 20 years without an underlay or metal flashing in the valleys and edges also with a 15 year rated shingle, the roof we just installed will last at least twice that long.
