Hello San. We appreciate you taking the time to write this review. We try our best to stand out from competition by doing a better than average job and by keeping the quoted price the same (99% till today). The only time the price goes up is when there is wood to be replaced, which comes up after the old roof is off. Most of the work to be done is determined on the initial inspection, but you do get a better view of everything once the roof is down to the plywood. Things like wood added, cut, metal flashing added, fixed, vents opened etc. are usually seen as extra work at no pay to most roofers. To us, every small detail makes a big difference. We'd rather take some time to fix it during the job than come back and repair it after the fact. Thank you again and let us know if you ever need anything.

Hi Ken. Having years of experience, we have chosen a few materials that have been proven to work well. They are better than the average products and are used by very few roofers due to the higher cost. Because we do the work ourselves, never subcontracting, we can afford using better material and still be competitive in price. As unpredictable as Calgary weather can be, we have been able to keep the risk to a minimum. We concentrate all our resources on the project in hand and keep a close eye on the weather on a regular basis.
