    Front door lock/handle set replacement

    Matrix was extremely efficient, professional and friendly. The job was done right and looked great. The worksite was also cleaned very well after completion. Follow up service was also provided at no charge to refine the end product. Thanks for helping us feel more secure in our new home!

    Office door lock change

    We selected the company based on a quote provided over the phone, also was open to suggestions and flexible with time. The locksmith came on time the lock change was quickly done and professionally , I would recommend them as he left my office door in great shape, with a very nice lock, no mess nor "left overs" I would recommend them as the a locksmith company.

    Door opening and lock change

    It was Canada day, beautiful day until I found out that I have lost my apartment keys . I Google few locksmith companies the first one wasn't available, the next one was not able to give me an exact cost over the phone, and I did not wanted any surprise on top of the one I already had, finally I got Matrix locksmith, the Locksmith gave me all the prices upfront over the phone, was very nice and professional, arrived within 2 hours although it was a holiday and did a great job, Thank you! Highly recommending their services!

    Lock rekeying

    I called Matrix locksmith at approx. 8:00 pm on Sunday night, hoping I could get an appointment sometime within the next several days- he said he could be here in an hour, and arrive right on time. The locksmith was friendly, professional, explaining me my options, also gave me a few extra keys copies charge free, he delivered excellent service , my locks are rekeyed now & I could feel safer. I would not heisted to recommend Matrix Locksmith to anyone in need of locksmith services.

    Bike keys

    I own a bike shop, I sell new and used bikes, We have a quit a selection of bikes for everyone, I had to make a brand new key for one of the used bikes as well as make a copy for two other bikes, I needed a mobile locksmith, I was very pleasantly surprised to find that Matrix Locksmith was able to make me the keys, fortunately I was referred to them by one of my customers. The friendly locksmith (Danny ) who helped me with the keys was very professional and arrived within an hour, Danny really knows what he's doing!!!

    2 High security Locks & Automatic door opener

    I had Matrix Locksmith technician replacing and installing a high security locks and an automatic door opener on the front at my new daycare location, everything was done very professionally and on time , I have his number and will call again, as a franchisee owner I will definitely need his services, Highly recommending.

    Unlocking a safe

    Act 1 - Foolishly managed to lock myself out of a large home safe. Act 2 - Panic. Act 3 - Via Internet, was referred to Matrix and Dani on a Sunday. Act 4 - Dani showed up two hours after initial contact. Act 5 - Dani suggests I might be permanently locked out. Act 6 - Sheer panic. Act 7 - Dani examines safe and I pray. Act 8 - Dani does something magical and safe opens. I pray some more. Act 9 - Dani fixes safe so this will never happen again. Act 10 - Absolute and total relief on my part. Locked out of your house; locked out of your car; locked out of your office, Dani is your "Go To " guy to get you out of the fix you are in. He can probably even cure lock-jaw. Highly recommend his services.

    Sliding door extra lock

    My Highest recommendation To Matrix Locksmith Services ask for Danny!!! I had a major renovation at my deck, I have replaced the whole thing as well as my doors, I replaced it to a sliding glass door, naturally the doors came with their locks but since I have small kids, I needed an extra security locking system so Danny installed another sophisticated lock on the highest point on the door frame, so my kids could not reach it. I am feeling much more secure that they don’t have an access to the back yard and the pool!! I have to say that I had couple Locksmiths here as well as my contractor that did the renovation no one could do it , but Danny!! Thank you .

    Motorcycle and Mail box Key cut

    I don't really expect a lot from a key cutting business. All I needed is a motorcycle key to be cut as well as mail box keys to be copied, since I had a very bad experience with Canadian tire key cut nothing worked smoothly, this time I tried a professional locksmith. The mail box keys fit very well into their respective locks open and close smoothly, also finally I had my motorcycle key, and I could ride my bike, it was quick knowledgeable and friendly service.

    Safe and Installation

    As a business owner I needed a safe, I was shopping around for a while and compering prices as well as customer service, Matrix locksmith gave me a very good price they even arrived to my restaurant prior the installation to explain me the options, brought me a catalog with all the different safes there are , I am very satisfied with the safe and the professional locksmith, Thank you Dani.
