    I was very pleased with the work from Amit. He couldn’t complete the work the same day as he had to order a part. However, he made sure I lock the door securely in the interim.

    Joey arrived quickly and completed the work in short order. He was professional and very friendly (great customer service). Would highly recommend.

    Matrix was great. Fast and friendly. David the locksmith was very nice and would definitely call in them again.

    We hired Matrix to upgrade some locks on our house for us. They responded quickly to the request. The work was very well done by the technician . My only negative comment would be that I was not happy that the tech provided me with an approx quote, and the next day when he came to install the locks the price went up $600.00. As a result I did not have all the work completed that I wanted done . I would use them again, but only if I received a firm quote first

    Locks were replaced. Dani was very friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and offered to answer questions if I had any in the future. The job was done quickly, and cleanly. I have nothing bad to say about the experience.

    Exceptional and friendly service. On-time, knowledgable and efficient. This is not the cheapest service, but you get what you pay for.
