I am very, very happy with the quality of the service. Stirling was extremely friendly, honest, and informative. I would recommend him to anyone and I would have Fresh Air Furnace clean my furnace in the future.

Sterling and his assistant did a great job of getting my furnace back up to top notch working order. he was detailed, descriptive, not pushy, and very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be using Fresh Air Furnace Services again! Thanks for the clean air guys!

Sterling came in and immediately broke the ice with some small talk. Got to know a lot about him and he got to know a lot about me in such a short visit. He and his assistant were very clean and efficient in their work. Took their shoes off and were very cognicient of noise levels as I live in a condo complex. After finishing the job, he wasn't in a rush to leave and answered all of my questions including a question about my dryer vent. He took the time to look at it and told be how much the cleaning service would cost but was not pushy. He also gave me some options on what to do about my filter. A very pleasant experience overall and I can see why I rebooked with Fresh Air furnace services again for a second time.

Chose this company because of a Groupon. They were very accommodating on the booking times. Sterling came to our house, he was on-time, honest, and very informative. As with any sales person he will offer additional products that are benefit to the maintenance of your furnace. Our price included our furnace cleaning, that we have a high efficiency furnace, a silver air-care filter, and replacing our humidifier pad.

Friendly fast service. Knowledgeable techs. Not pushy with other services they provide. Would recommend to friends and family. They were on time (an hour early as I was running an errand, and didn't mind waiting around until I came home).
