    Duct, Furnace & Chimney Cleaning, New Filter

    Very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything clearly and was very helpful in giving advice for my furnace system, as the townhouse I live in is very old and the furnace hadn't been maintained in a long time. Wasn't pushy about products and services, but gave me a number of options to think about. Thanks Sterling & crew!

    Furnace cleaning

    I bought a groupon for furnace cleaning and the technician, Sterling and his helper were very friendly. Sterling provided great education as he went and explained things thoroughly, as my husband was not home at the time. Thank you!

    Duct cleaning, humidifier installation, sanitization

    I bought into a house built in 1994. Unfortunately, previous owners never cared for or maintained the furnace or ducts in the house. Fresh air helped to educate me about my furnace and helped show me how poorly maintained it was. I was told by another company to expect to replace my furnace in a few years. However, after a discussion with Fresh Air and the services provided, I'm confident that my furnace has as least another decade of life. I highly recommend Fresh Air to those that have bought in to 1990's houses.

    furnace & duct cleaning

    2 gentlemen came, called ahead of time that they were going to be approx. 15 min late. Very friendly, explained the services, took pics to show me. They did upsell me on some services, but they were much needed services. He was not pushy, just factual. I would definitely recommend them to others. I purchased the Groupon offer for $55, ended up costing just a little over $200, but am happy with what I got!! Also, no additional charge to come out to Chestermere.

    furnace cleaning

    I bought a groupon for Fresh Air Cleaning Services. I was able to book an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. When the crew arrived they were very friendly and took time to explain everything they did. They were very professional and I'm happy with the job they did. I will have them back to do the job again when needed.

    Furnace & Vent Cleaning

    I had purchased a coupon through Groupon to have my vents and furnace cleaned. Having just having a new Carrier Infinity Furnace and a Carrier Air Purifier installed for a hefty price and hearing horror stories of people having furnaces cleaned and then not working. Naturally I was hesitant, so I contacted the company and asked him numerous questions. He was very helpful in his responses and even assigned a specific crew that would be able to go over the process with me. Although they were 2.5hrs late for the appointment after running into issues at another job (they called and advised they would be late), I was very pleased with their level or professionalism, knowledge and over all presence in my house. They went through the process as promised, completed the right steps, and did the service in a timely manner. I even purchased the sanitizing, and paid for the extra vents in my home and felt it was well worth the extra money. I will be using this company again for this service in the recommended 2 years time.

    Furnace & vent servicing

    Professional and courteous service. 2 gentlemen came out on the service call and they serviced my furnace,installed a new Humidifier and thermostat as well as cleaned all the vents. Everything was clearly explained to me as they worked and the cost was in line with what I was initially quoted over the phone. I will be retaining their services for regular furnace maintenance :)

    Furnace cleaning

    The service we were given was alright- the issue was really with the people that came to do the job and the shady procing system. They were very pushy in trying to get us to upgrade services. We had purchase a coupon online which included twelve vents. We have a starter home with very few vents and we ended up paying more than the coupons value for the subpar service.

As I explained to Carlin in their review, we do have extra charges if your furnace is high-efficiency, has AC, etc. All of this information was clearly listed on the groupon site, our site, AND your coupon. Regarding the additional services, I do apologize that you felt that our technicians were pushy - air culture isn't something that many people consider. And air culture isn't just about cleaning your vents - it's about optimal humidity levels (humidifier), sanitizing your system (HVAC sanitization or purifier), having proper exhaustion of air (i.e. chimney cleaning). Many of our customers do not even know that we offer these services and our technicians will talk to you about the products and their benefits. Thanks, FAFS.

    Duct cleaning/ Humidifier replacement

    We called Fresh Air Furnace to clean the furnace for our home. Everything from booking an appointment to getting the cleaning was done in a very professional manner. The staff who came to clean the furnace were friendly, helpful and provided us with great service. We were informed that the humidifier was leaking and needed to be replaced. Our options were explained to us in details. Once the new humidifier was installed the maintenance and upkeep was shown. Overall, we were very impressed with this organization. Having dealt with other companies we found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful.

    Heating issues

    I moved into a brand new home in May, 2012. I came back from a weekend in Edmonton to find no heat. I attempting to get heat from the company that installed the furnace. They basically said that I had to wait until the next day, because I wasn't an emergencey. Then I got bumped on the monday for someone elses emergency. I never actually had them fix anything until the Tuesday. My wife is 5 months pregnant and we also have an eight month old son, in a house with a temperature of 8c and falling, but, not an emergency. I was put in contact with Fresh air furnace as a referral from someone who couldn't stop raving about them. They went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me in this situation, on a Sunday night. They never installed the furnace originally but, owner, Anton, was awesome. They never even charged for their service. As soon as my 1 year labour warranty runs out, Fresh Air Furnace has my business, for life.
