Chris and Remodel Construction Company have completed three sets of renovations in my home. The first was before we took up residence in our condominium and the other two sets were at intervals of about a year. The work included repainting all the walls and the ceilings, replacing carpets with hardwood floors, made and installed custom shelving to create a library, extensive redesigning of the kitchen and considerable work on our two bathrooms. Obviously since we employed the same company for three sets of renovations, we found Chris and his team very satisfactory. They produced a high quality of work. We found Chris very easy to deal with and knowledgeable as to how to achieve the effects we were seeking. He was willing to consider our point of view where there were alternative possibilities. Work proceeded smoothly and projects were completed on time. Their staff members were pleasant and co-operative. Costs were realistic. Work was well organised and at the end of each contract work areas were completely cleared up. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone undertaking home renovations.
