After much searching we finally found the superstars at Remodel Construction. Chris and his team were so professional, solution oriented and thoughtful after one meeting with them and a bunch of give and take dialogue we knew they were the company for us. Chris brought in other experts to help us get to our ultimate solution which was to redo our front hallway/laundry area. The area we had was ugly and lacked functionality and storage. With Chris and teams support we were able to redo the area to be both pleasing to the eye and incorporated all the function we desired. We took the area and put in front loading washer and dryer with a beautiful counter top over them and a stainless steel sink built in. They took the wasted space above and put in custom cabinets to support our needs. Additionally the took the wasted space at the end of the hall and built a custom wardrobe fro the space for our off season coats/boots etc. Additionally there was a small nook near the entrance to the living room which was essentially wasted space and turned that into another custom cupboard. Last, and certainly not least they turned my front hall closet from a source of embarrassment to a beautiful and functional closet capable of handling even my families vast array of shoes. I couldn't be happier with the job Chris and team did! What an exceptional solutions oriented approach that got us exactly what we wanted. Any changes agreed to along the way were done with a change order making everything above board and no surprises. THANK YOU!

I had the privilege of assigning Remodel Construction Co. for my bathroom renovation in July 2016. Chris Clarke and his Team did a great job. I found them really professional, punctual, very clean and friendly. I am happy to avail their services and highly recommend Remodel Construction Co. to all.

I hired Remodel to remove and dispose of the drywall and insulation in our 1,100 square foot basement. Chris and his team found time to do the work even though he was already booked for the month. They arrived on time, carefully put up plastic in the doorways and put a fan in the window to contain the dust. The job was done quickly yet carefully, the crew was polite and I was very impressed with the quality of the work. They did an extra task that was not in our contract for no charge. Would definitely hire Remodel again for my next project. They even took care of a bees nest on the edge of the driveway, and washed all the footprints off the driveway when they left.

We are very pleased with the results. This is the second time we have used Remodel and would certainly recommend them.

Thank you to Chris and his team for making 5 work tables for St. Paul’s on-the-Hill Food Bank. The food bank volunteers use these tables for sorting incoming food donations. Chris, you did a great job designing the tables to meet the specific needs of our volunteers. Thanks again….

Remodel Construction did a nice job with our deck repair. They arrived promptly and were very good about communicating how the repair was going. They were neat and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I would certainly try to work with them in the future.

About a year ago Chris and his team did a complete kitchen renovation for us, so once that was complete we decided to renovate the rest of the main floor, excluding the family room. We had no hesitation in calling Chris to come in and do this job for us. He started right on the scheduled date and finished exactly when he said he would. The work was done exactly as we wanted it with a very professional result. The stucco removal from all the ceilings and installation of crown moulding really brought the house up to date and gave it a more modern feel. I would not hesitate to work with Chris, Tim, Dexter and Jason again. They are very good workers with a professional attitude and ability. It was a pleasure to have them complete the work for us and I would certainly use them again in the future.

Chris was effective in identifying the issue, offering a creative solution, providing a reasonable and transparent price (itemizing all components of the work plan) and communicating respectfully. I especially appreciated that he was always responsive to my inquiries, and his team arrived on time and left my house completely spotless.
