Trim Carpentry
I have hired Chris & his team in the past and will be calling them in the future for any projects that require a professional touch. They installed 1 double door, single door, cased both plus one additional exising door, and new baseboards throughout the basement. I was very pleased with the work!

List of updates and repairs to house exterior and interior
As a result of the excellent work done just over a year ago I put a list together for them this year. Supplied and replaced exterior shutters (16), repaired animal damage to garage interior and doors and painted all, resurfaced Corion island top, treated basement wall crack to prevent any leaks in future and made repairs to 6 wear and tear items. The work was started and completed on time as planned and, as previously, left perfectly clean. Finding Chris and his team has been my best find in a long time - he is so good at solving things I think are huge problems and at what I consider reasonable cost.

Window And Door Caulking
Chris's tram found time in their busy schedule to caulk our windows. we tried to get two other companies to come in to do the job but they kept on pushing us back. Chris came through once again. I wish all contractors are as responsive and accommodation as Remodel.

Rui we fit you into our schedule because when we saw the gaps in your caulking around your windows and doors we knew that every time it rained there could be more damage and water leaking into your home and how important it was to get it sealed as quickly as possible . Shower Renovation
Chris and his crew from Remodel Construction were very professional in their job. The contract was reasonable for the work being done. They were punctual and when they finished for the day, everything was cleaned up. Drop clothes were uses where ever the guys had to walk to get from outside to the work area. We are very happy with the job done by Chris and his guys and would highly recommend them to others.

Washroom Renovation
Chris and team came in to help me with a custom shower stall that was stalled incorrectly and was leaking as a result. I liked Chris the first time i met him and he was prompt and courteous. The scope of the job expanded fairly quickly after demo due to mold damage but Chris was good at assessing the situation and providing recommendations on moving forward. Chris was creative and considerate in working around my tenant. He also let me borrow his tile saw for another job i was doing which is representative of the type of person he is. In the end, $9,000 was more than i wanted to spend on the job, but what i was left with was a professional finish and a happy tenant. Remodel Construction stands above the rest when it comes to communication. I got calls and emails with pictures regularly. Never did i feel like my project was second to another. the work did not stop once it got going and I got the play by play. That's worth a lot in this business. Thanks, guys.

Kitchen Exhaust Fan
Staff was punctual, professional, and clean. Very satisfied with the work done. I would highly recomend Remodel Construction.

Basement Renovation
It was a pleasure working with Chris and his team on this project. The work was done on time and on budget, and Chris kept in touch throughout the entire process to ensure we were update on the status of the project. Our basement looks amazing and we have a wonderful space for our kids to grow up in!

Complete Basement Renovation
The work Chris and his team did was absolutely amazing. From beginning to end they worked with us to make sure we got the basement we wanted within budget. Dealing with Chris is a pleasure. I would highly recommend Homestars to anyone.
