Shower renovation
Chris and his team did a great job on my tenant's shower renovation. They completed the job on time and only slightly over budget since the shower base had to be rebuilt since the old base was not put together properly. They were also very courteous and understanding toward my tenant who was quite apprehensive about having contractors in her apartment. I would recommend Chris and his team for your renovation needs.

We also realize that completing a job on budget is also important but sometimes we uncover things that we cannot see when we look at the job because it's behind a wall or under the floor as was the case with your shower base that needed to be rebuilt because it was poorly constructed when it was originally built. Bathroom Renovation
This is the 2nd job we've hired Chris and his team for, in this case a complete renovation of our master bathroom. Chris listened carefully and provided a design and quote that worked for us. He made no effort to upsell or try to get us to choose more expensive finishes or solutions. In fact, he suggested we could save money by using a plain tile in the shower with a row of accent tiles to add some style and colour and they look great. We went to pick the vanity, fixtures and countertop at his supplier chose the accent tile elsewhere, and for everything else, he saved us time and stress by bringing sample tiles and paint chips for us to choose from. He and his team provided excellent quality customer service and workmanship from start to finish. He quoted 3 weeks for the job; it was finished 3 days early and is stunning! We are enjoying it every day and feel really happy with the obvious, tangible quality of the work. Chris handled a couple of (really minor) issues quickly and pleasantly. All of his people were polite, friendly and careful to keep our place clean. We would highly recommend Remodel Construction and will definitely use Remodel again.

Kitchen Renovation
Chris Clarke was an excellent contractor to work with on our Kitchen and I would re-hire him anytime. He explains everything and no annoyance is too small for him to correct. He brings in "my guys" and they are all prompt, courteous and professional. Chris said it would take about 3 weeks and he was almost bang on, with virtually no surprises.

Opened up a wall in dining.
the guys showed up on time they did amazing work and I would recommend them highly at any time

Kitchen and Washroom Renovation
Remodel Construction did a fantastic job on our bathroom and kitchen renovations. Chris and his team were a pleasure to work with. They are very knowledgeable in all areas of construction. They were very easy to communicate with and were open to suggestions and made the necessary recommendations and worked through all the details to solve any unforeseen problems. The work area was also cleaned up every day and Chris checked in with us to discuss the progress against the project and to ensure everything was being looked after. We have 2 cats and the team was especially attentive to looking after them too. We would recommend Chris and his team and in fact we have! Great job, and thanks very much!!!

Custom doors for golf cart ramp.
This is the second time that we have used Remodel Construction and this was a tricky project. They paid attention to every detail and were able to make this job look just how we wanted it to. As usual Remodel was on time on budget and completed the job to our satisfaction.

Custom Cedar Railings and Ipe Deck
We hired Remodel Construction at Scarboro Golf Club to re build our rotten cedar railings. They were very professional and their work was absolutely the best. They were on budget and on time until the job was finished.

GARDEN SHED SLAB
Remodel was knowledgeable and thorough in completing the work on time and to my satisfaction. The came when they said they would and finished a quality job on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone undertake work around their house.

Front Porch Posts and Railings Replacement
Remodel Construction did a fabulous job in removing our old wooden posts and railing while reinstalling the new updated PVC structures without any damage to the existing aluminum fascia. Our family found their staff to be very professional, punctual and courteous. We look forward to having them back for future renovations.
