I had found that my fireplace wasn't working. I called in a company to take a look at it. To be clear, I have no experience in gas furnaces. They had recommended an EXTREMELY expensive part for replacement. After getting a recommendation for Mike, he came by, surfaced the pilot light, and WHAMMO! Fixed. Even cleaned it out, cleaned the gas, replaced the switch. The entire job was a tenth of what I was even quoted for the PART! Which didn't even need to be replaced! Extremely satisfied.

Booked a service in late summer and had to wait until mid October but definitely worth the wait. My fault - next time I will book earlier. Mike is very personable and efficient. Quickly solved the issue with the fireplace fan then cleaned and serviced everything. Now its running like new. I definitely recommend Mike for excellent service. Very reasonable price too.

Fixed our insert in minutes- I was amazed. Took us 12 years to finally call someone and I can't believe how simple and affordable it was. Mike is a gem!!!!

For the past two years we have had our gas fireplace serviced by Firefly Gas Services at a fair price. Mike has proved to be a competent professional serviceman, very personable, as well as a good communicator explaining the process and answering all work related questions. When we bought our place the fireplace was off, we didn't know if it was shut off or broken. To be on the safe side we thought we should get a professional to look at it. Mike was so good, quick and a great deal. He didn't disappoint.

Now my fireplace is fixed, he gave me some tips for better operation and he explained what he fixed. I'm so happy and recommend Fire Fly Gas. The cost includes two fireplaces, the part and taxes.

Have used Mike's services for many years than I can remember. He is our "go to" guy whenever our two gas fireplaces require attention. He is prompt, courteous, helpful and does a heck of a good job. He gets top marks from me.

I will definitely recommend and use Mike again! Both my gas fireplaces were not turning on. Mike showed up prepared and lay down a blanket to protect my floors. Thoroughly cleaned the fireplace and found the problem was the switch on the wall. He is professional and personable. A very busy guy so I had to wait a few weeks for my appointment, but I decided to wait due to the great reviews on here. It was well worth the wait. (I have had others service my fireplaces in the past and none took the care that Mike did, and none found the problem and fixed it permanently).

We had Mike from Firefly fix our fireplace 8 years ago and he did a fantastic job. Mike was totally thorough and meticulous in the work he did and was very reasonable and fair in his pricing. My wife’s parents were recently having problems with their 20 year old gas fireplace and we just called in Mike in November 2015 to have a look at their fireplace and once again he did a fantastic job and now the fireplace is running better than it was when it was new.
