My condominium made arrangements for Firefly to come clean my gas fireplace. I cannot say enough nice things about this man and his business. He is not the first person I have used but I have to say that I like Mike’s attitude. He cleans up when finished and I have nothing to complain about.

I originally found Mike through RE Macdonald Fireplaces, who referred me to him. Mike is great. I actually look forward to Mike's arrival as I enjoy chatting with him while he services the gas fireplace. He is friendly and very considerate. Prompt, never leaves a mess and always willing to 'teach' me the safety features I should be aware of. I have used Mike for years - would never switch and highly recommend him!!!!

I got his name from McDonalds Fireplace sales. I was happy with his work from the first time he came. He is reasonable and charged us for just the one visit although he had to come back with a new part. I have since called him back to do regular maintenance.

We have used Mike for more than 10 years now. We have 3 gas fireplaces for him to keep up and running. He seems to be confident and capable .He has replaced parts, glass doors and cleans the units. We get them all done at the same time.

We have used Mike for quite a while now. We really like him and he is able to do things that others have not been able to accomplish. He fixed something that no one was seemed to know how or wanted to take the time to do, for a reasonable cost.

When we owned our home we had Mike come clean and maintain or gas fireplace for years. We are now in an apartment with a gas fireplace and we have him come here as well. He is very knowledgeable and knows what is wrong by telling him on the phone. That saves time because he can bring the parts with him, saves a trip.

The last time I had Mike here was to replace a thermocouple on my furnace. He also maintains my gas fireplaces. He cleans and sets the pilot lights for me. He offers a reasonable cost. I am happy with him and will call him again.

Mike has done the maintenance on our gas fireplaces for over 15 years. He is punctual, honest, and really knows "his stuff". We are happy to continue doing business with him!
