After reading the Homestars review of Firefly Gas Services, I decided to book an appointment to repair a gas fireplace that's had caused problems for two years and one other gas company was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The service man was very professional, assessing the probable cause within 2 minutes. He proceeded to replace the failed switch and installed a more robust wall switch. Due to the age of the unit, I asked about more efficient units and he gave me great advice about obtaining quotes from a couple installers so I can plan and know what to expect of any upgrade. I would recommend using Firefly as a specialist in Gas Fireplace maintenance and repair.

Mike was very knowledgeable, he was on time and had all the parts in his van for the repair. My fireplace has never worked so well, I love the "stuff" he added on the front burns to make the appearance of burning embers. His price for a job well done was very reasonable.

Clayton cleaned and serviced my gas fire place. He came when scheduled and was extremely polite and helpful giving advice on carbon monoxide detectors. My fireplace is beautiful now the glass is clean.
