    Air Conditioning

    Our air conditioner broke last summer and we did a lot of research trying to find a reputable company. I knew from the moment I spoke with Vlad on the phone that this was the company to use. Vlad first came and did a thorough assessment of our house and took pictures, which none of the other companies did. Ashok and his partner were excellent at installing the air conditioner and explained everything very thoroughly. Everything was left in top notch condition. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

    Tankless Water Heater

    Our old tankless water heater needed replacing. Our current service company wanted almost $7000 to install a unit which my research showed was more powerful than what we needed. Our plumbing company ExpressRooter recommended AccuServ. HVAC specialist Vlad came out for a discussion of our needs and an on-site inspection. Our meeting was very pleasant and informative. He recommended the Navien 210. After some more research, we called AccuServ to accept the proposal. Within hours we were contacted by Jake and we did all the formal work online in very short order. He was very accommodating to our timelines and a pleasure to deal with. Sooner than originally anticipated Ashok and AJ were out at the house for the installation. They did an impressive job redoing the plumbing and wiring connections to match the ports on the Navien. It was surprisingly less noisy and disruptive than I thought it would be. The look both inside and outside is neat, elegant, and professional in every way. Every effort was made by both men to explain the reasons behind all the work being done and the functioning of the system. I can't say enough about both the quality of work and the positive, dedicated work ethic of both Ashok and AJ. And they left our house as neat and tidy as they found it. The Navien 210 is working as expected: quietly and beautifully. In summation there are 2 important things that I can say about dealing with all the staff at AccuServ: 1. My wife and I have peace of mind that we made the right choice in selecting AccuServ as a service provider for our home. 2. We will recommend AccuServ to family and friends. AccuServ: good people, good service, good prices.

    Furnace, water heater, AC replacement

    AccuServ were very professional in their installation, and provided great communication during the process. The final product is great and clean, no complaints! I would recommend AccuServ to all of my friends and colleagues.

    Furnance, Water Heater and Air Conditioner

    Ashok and his team was highly professional and courteous. The install was quick and of high quality. From start to finish it took them over 11 hours. I would recommend this company to anyone.

    Hvac

    Replaced air con , high efficiency furnace, and tank less water heater. From initial consult ..very informative , to the install , I was very impressed. Clean, worksite and very professional. They offer the best warranty and service then the big 2. On install the technician suggested pushing furnace against wall to open up room. .no charge . They even called to put concrete to fix floor. I usually don't rate contractors, but this company deserved it. Very happy I made the right choice on a contractor.

    AC Maintenance

    New homeowners and wanted to get the A/C serviced - Technician arrived on time and gave us some good advice on how to best maintain the A/C going forward and caught some installation issues that were not identified in our home inspection report - Also saved everything in a file so that in the future, other tech.'s can see what was done etc. - price quoted to come is what we paid and most of all we really appreciated getting advice from someone we can trust and who took an interest in making sure we have a well functioning A/C - would highly recommend!

    Furnace Repair

    The blower fan on our furnace went out -- fortunately in May and not February. I picked AccuServ based on good reviews on Homestars and they did not disappoint. Timely service, good communication, and Rahul (our field service technician) was thorough, knowledgeable, and even went the extra mile to check out our AC unit to see if was contributing the root cause (it was). The only negative was the high charge for a diagnostic visit (>$100) which was not applicable to any future service, but that seems to be standard practice these days.

    Replacement roof mounted ductless double

    Accuserve conducted a comprehensive site survey of both the outgoing ductless AC units, and the remainder of the HVAC equipment in the house. They pointed out several equipment issues that were hitherto undisclosed by our previous maintenance provider and listened carefully to our requirements. Their subsequent quote was prompt, complete and competitive. Upon request, they also provided a quote for maintaining the whole house HVAC system. Schedule for removal the outgoing compressor was key so that the old roofing material could be removed and replaced; this was easy to arrange and Accuserve made good on their dates. They also met their schedule commitment for installing the new ductless system. Most impressive of all was the immaculate installation of the exterior and interior units. Accuserve will now maintain all of our HVAC equipment. Highly recommended! David Llewelyn P.Eng.

    Boiler Repair, Combi Boiler Cerculation Pump Replacement

    I would like to add to the positive feedback this company attracts. I called Aaron and explained the problem I was having with no heat or hot water. Aaron diagnosed the system and ordered the right parts for the job. The next day it was fixed professionally and I now have heat and hot water. :o) Thank you to the courteous team at AccuServ for taking this stressful situation and making it better in a timely fashion.

    Water Heater and Boiler replacement with Navien Combi Unit

    Service and install compared to no one else. After being educated by Aaron, it was apparent to my wife and I that our old systems had to be replaced. The combi unit they installed is OUTSTANDING not to mention the process of building and installation of the unit. NO ONE does an install like AccuServ. I've gotten so many amazing comments from other contractors who've worked on our basement reno. Very impressive! Such professionalism and attention to detail. Not to mention the wealth of knowledge by Aaron, James, Jake, Ashok, Josh and crew. The amount of attention throughout the process by AccuServ made the experience second to none.
