    Furnace blowing cold air

    I called Accuserve because of their great reviews in homestars and I am glad I did. We woke up a in a morning feeling really cold because our furnace suddenly stopped working. They sent a technician within a few hours of me calling them and the issue with the furnace was resolved within an hour. That's what you call great service.

    AC unit repair

    I am very satisfied with the service. I was having some problems with my AC unit as it was leaking water. The AccuServ technician came to fix it. His name is Kwame. He came on time within the time range, was very polite and fixed the issue. He stayed for some time to monitor the unit and to make sure the problem was fixed. Overall quite satisfied and I would recommend the AccuServ to other people.

    yearly service of Navien furnace

    I highly recomend ​Accuserve. They installed our furnace after a terrible job by another company. They have a very reasonable maintenance program. Today, Erich came to do the yearly cleaning. He spent over an hour and gave us a tip on how to save energy during the summer months. They are reliable, courteous, professional and extremely competant. I have no reservations recommendin​​g them.

    AccuServ Was Awesome!

    We have used a different company for the past 15 years. When they went out of business, I contacted AccuServ based on the excellent reviews I had read. Raoul was so professional! He was right on time, knowledgeable, friendly and able to give us good tips about safety in our home. We actually learned a lot and have already recommended him to another family!

    Furnace and air maintenance

    Annual maintenance and some small recommended repairs for two houses. Rahul was polite, respectful and seemed quite honest and straightforward. I'd use them again! The only thing was that I was told I could possibly get a discount because I was having two houses done in one day and then there was no record of that.

    Furnace, Central A/C and Tankless water heater install

    I called AccuServ to install an air conditioner after reading their impressive reviews on Homestars. They came to assess the job and noticed that my furnace had been installed improperly and was dangerously not to code! The staff of AccuServ were very professional and did an excellent job installing our complete new HVAC system. They used quality equipment, made sure the job was done right (above all else) and because of this they guarantee parts and labour for 12 years! After the install, AccuServ went out of their way to help me apply for all the rebate programs available. I would recommend you call AccuServ first. Period.

    Air Conditioner Inspection & Maintenance

    Rahul from AccuServ came in to service my AC unit. He was very professional, friendly, and informative. He clearly explained the state of my equipment and any fixes that were recommended, in enough detail for me to make an informed decision yet without being overwhelmed with information. He even went above what I expected in the service call by also taking a quick look at my water tank and furnace, and provided some insight on issues I may encounter in the future and recommended solutions as well, without pressuring me to pursue any of them. I am very comfortable with recommending AccuServ to any other homeowners.

    Beware fake reviews

    They broke my water heater, left it and said they would come back the next day, they never called, next thing I know the send a bill to collections for $150. Beware these reviews for them are fake

    Furnace Repair

    Eric was awesome. Very efficient helpful and personable. Did a fantastic job above and beyond! I know very little about furnaces and he made everything crystal clear and patiently answered every question I had (which were many). Hire them.

    Tankless hot water heater, furnace and A/C maintenance

    This company absolutely deserves all the positive feedback they have received. Aaron's knowledge of and experience with tankless water heaters is unparalleled in Toronto. I began researching tankless water heaters months ago and appreciated his assessment of my rental tank at that time (no need to replace, but don't buy it out) and his ability to field my tough questions on the reliability of Navien's new line of tankless water heaters. He made no attempt to sell me anything when my rental system was working but he did predict an early failure of my tank. When the tank did fail a few months later, it was obvious to me who I wanted to install a new system. I was grateful that AccuServ was able to respond quickly to my sudden loss of hot water. (Thanks Jake!) The installation of the Navien 240 was perfect, including a new, properly sized gas line (something that many contractors neglect.) Of course, by this point, I knew that the installation was going to be done properly because that is the culture of this company. In the middle of our discussion of tankless systems, Aaron noticed some installation errors in my new furnace done by another company (the furnace was replaced as an emergency over Christmas and we did not have time to research companies.) One of the installation errors led to a red tag which forced the other company to come back to fix it. I have now had Rahul, AccuServ service technician extraordinaire, do maintenance on both of my furnaces and my air conditioner. Rahul is the most thoughtful, detail-oriented and thorough HVAC maintenance provider I have ever had. I am so glad to have (finally) found AccuServ. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fairly priced. I would give them 11/10 if I could.
