    Game Changer!

    There's not enough superlatives in the English vocabulary to describe how happy and completely satisfied I am with the level of service AccuServ provides. They have exceeded all my expectations and continue to do so after this first install. All, if not most companies should take a few pages from AccuServs playbook. This company is the Apple of HVAC! So glad I decided to choose them and many thanks to Aaron and his team for making this an enjoyable experience.

    Heating and Hot Water installation

    Aaron and James at AccuServ provided the most comprehensive discussion on process and options for installing a high efficiency system into our big 110 year old house. The team showed up on time and despite a tough big job they completed the install in one day. The next morning the Navian system was not reaching the programmed temperature but with one phone call a service tech was at our door in 20 mins to make the adjustment! Will report back once the system settles in but so far impressed with both the install and post service responsiveness.

    Amazing, professional and Fast

    I original got Accuserve to come in and estimate a problem with the water tank leaking gas. They were incredibly professional, fast and attention to detail was incredible. They provided multiple very detailed quotes. We are renting and our landlord decided to go with people he already knew but I cannot express enough what a great experience I had. I ended up getting them to come in and install my Ecobee.

    Hello Matt, I distinctly remember documenting all of the issues with your hot water tank. Luckily we identified all of the issues to be rectified and having just rented the home for a couple weeks it was quite interesting working with numerous individuals between yourself, your real estate agent, the owners real estate agent, and the owners all at the same time. More than happy to have provided you with a written report so you were able to identify all of the issues that needed to be rectified even if it was another contractor that installed a new tank.     Furnace not working

    We have had a 'protection plan' with another company for years. Had them come out to look at furnace. Technician was here for about 15 minutes and we were told furnace needs replacing. He disconnected the gas, offered space heaters if we agreed to a saes person coming out and then he left. We really felt it was an up-sell. We then contacted AccuServ as we wanted a 2nd opinion. Technician came & spent 2 hours doing a through diagnostic. The furnace does need replacing but he gave us an alternative option to consider. He also informed us that if your gas is disconnected it must be "red tagged" by the attending technician. He verified that there was no danger concern and re-connected the gas. He also put the furnace back together and let us know that it may come on intermittently. We are now considering our options and if we move forward with a furnace replacement AccuServ would be at the top of our list !! Thank you AccuServ!!!

    annual maintenance of tankless water heater

    This was a standard maintenance call. Our tankless water heater was a little over a year old. We did't know what to expect when the time would come for a service call. I realized that there were twofers that need annual cleaning. Service was prompt, thorough and complete. Service man was knowledgeable and courteous. Will return call next year.

    Hi, Tankless water heaters need to be maintained because of their smaller passageways which become restricted from buildup of debris and sediment from the city water. Without a water softener it is even more important to have a yearly flush of the system. We think of it like drinking a green smoothie to clean up the internal organs of the body.     Boiler not working!

    No heat or hot water in our house with -20 on its way! Amanda at Accuserv was amazing and sent out help right away. Parts needed to be ordered that were difficult to find. Great communication from Amanda throughout the day. Parts were found and repairman came back a few hours later and the job was done! FANTASTIC service! I would highly recommend this company! GREAT customer service!!!

    New High Efficiency Boiler (waited 1 year to write this review!)

    When my old boiler got red-tagged and i could no longer use it to heat my home or my hot water i researched very thoroughly all options for a replacement and many companies to do the work. The suggestions Accuserve made for the replacement boiler were the best fit for my needs and for the house (the right make and no unnecessary equipment), and the cost for the work was the lowest of all their competitors! Aaron and his team did a great job installing the boiler and some additional radiator heaters in my basement, they were very pleasant and professional and worked a very long day to make sure the job was done right! I've waited one year to write this review to make sure that i got through my first winter with the new boiler with no unexpected surprises and that the system and installation was fail proof and i can say with certainty that it has been! I highly recommend Accuserve, James, Aaron and their team! Thanks guys!

    New Boiler/water heater

    Last February our original massive boiler (50+) finally became too loud and inefficient for us and we bit the bullet and called Accuserv to take a look. It didn't take long for us to realize it was time to replace the old beast. Rahul was very kind and came back with space heaters for us and we agreed to a new boiler and on demand water heater. It took a day or 2 for them to build the frame that holds everything together. In 1 day they dismantled the old beast and installed the new boiler and water heater. It takes up a fraction of the space of the old boiler, is against the wall, looks futuristic and is so quiet, some times I had to check it was working. While the hot water might take 15 seconds to get hot, the savings in gas is already half of what it cost last year. I didn't want to write a review right away so we could accurately gauge the performance of the new machine. To say we are happy with the service and product is an understatement. Everyone on the crew was courteous and professional and would not hesitate to recommend Accuserv to anyone requiring new heating. The monthly $9 fee to perform annual maintenance is great piece of mind. Thanks!

    Excellent Experience: replaced furnice

    Thank you AccuServ for helping us! Our special thanks to Jake, Josh, Rahul and Kerian. The team went above and beyond our expectations starting from the paper work online to the installation of the selected equipment next day (!). The company is lucky to have such great employees who genuinely care about people. We had a remarkable experience and highly recommend this company.

    Furnace and water heater replacement

    This is the ONLY company to call. I cant say enough good things about everyone who works here. They helped me understand the issues with my furnace, helped me to problem solve the best way to fix it and went above and beyond to make sure it was as painless and stress free as possible. They have made a loyal customer out of me and I will recommend them to everyone. What started out as something a bit over whelming (my furnace not working) became a learning and positive experience.
