    Ecobee Install

    Called up Accuserv and they showed up same day. Kerian was kind and professional, and dig an excellent job! Highly recommended and would definitely use them for any future heating or A/C needs we have!

    Great New Combi Install

    From the passionate pitch during the inspection and quote process to the timely arrival, installation and cleanup, the AccuServ team were thoughtful, courteous and very knowledgeable. We replaced a 30-year old boiler and a rental water heater with a Navien Combi Unit. Everything was fully explained, installation was done within about 7 hours and the cleanup was thorough. These guys were both passionate about hydronics and very professional, every step of the way. Great service, fair price, high quality...everything you want for such an important part of your home's infrastructure.

    Excellent Experience!

    We called AccuServ due to a leak that we found near our furnace. They identified a poor job by the HVAC expert that installed the furnace and quickly offered a solution the problem cause They were on-time, professional and fast. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family. Thank you for the great service!

    Replaced Furnace

    The AccuServe team (Rahul, Josh, James) were exceptional. Our furnace blew on a day that was -15C. Someone from AccuServe came in that night to assess, gave us both option of repair and replace. We decided to replace because the unit was 15 years old and not worth the cost to repair. The accuserve team ordered the new furnace and within a day and half, they were in our house first thing in the morning starting the work. In addition to replacing the furnace, they fixed a number of small problems with the existing duct and drainage set-up. They were also unbelievable careful and clean. They helped us figure out financing quickly as well. Overall exceptional service and quality of work. I hope we don't have to call them again for years to come(!), but if we do I won't hesitate.

    Water heater install

    We decided to go with AccuServ mainly because of all of the excellent reviews on Homestars. We were not disappointed! Rahul, Kerian, and Ashok did a fantastic job installing a new gas water heater. Plus, Jake was more than happy to answer my many questions over the phone. We will definitely use AccuServ in the future for all of our HVAC needs.

    good honest team

    The original estimate I was given for the replacement sounded too good to be true, but it held on all the way to the final invoice. This is a good honest team, and I’d be happy to work with them again.

    furnace and water heater install

    From start to finish they were professional and very focused on the job they were doing. They were courteous and respectful of our home, and when they left the workspace was immaculate. I would highly recommend them to anyone as their expertise and ability to communicate what and how they do their job was not something I have encountered before and was so helpful in making our decision. I am so very pleased with our new furnace and just want to say "THANK YOU" for a job well done! .

    Water tank for water and home heating

    We have been with the company for 2 years. Last year my water tank was maintained and the technician was very helpful and knowledgeable BUT did not identify any additional issues on this 14 year old tank. This year, the pipes started making a loud grinding noise each time we turn on the heat or hot water. Raul came in, flushed the unit and noticed 2 taps that leaked water, which on a 15 year old tank should be expected. He was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable but unfortunately could not identify the noise issue 100%. The next day, him and Aaron came to do additional testing (no extra fee!) and Aaron pointed out the dip tube issue in 5 min. He is a water heating encyclopedia! We were very impressed with the level of his service and professionalism. Our old water tank/heater is on its last legs and should be replaced ASAP. I wish that Raul had been able to identify the dip tube problem the first time so we would not have to spend money on flushing the broken unit ($149) and new parts ($249+) which will need to be thrown out when the new unit goes in very soon... The quote we received on a Tankless unit is costly, but I have no doubt that if we choose to hire Aaron and Raul, they will do an amazing job. The only reason i am giving less than 10 is because of extra money we have to spend for the first visit, as outlined above. Otherwise, the service (call centre, technicians etc) from Accuserv is an 11/10.

You have no outstanding invoice with our company for any of the discussed services. We are thankful for you bringing this to our attention. It's important for us to understand that we should be informing our clients about cancelled invoices in a more timely manner. More importantly, this has allowed us to understand that we should be doing a better job advertising our "satisfaction guarantee" so our customers can continue to use our services with 100% confidence.     Simply fantastic crew, and Homestar's recommendation was spot on!

    Furnace died on a Sunday late afternoon in a cold storm. They came out in a hurry and delivered the bad news. The furnace was old and owed us nothing and going down the repair road would be costly and give us no assurances. James was able to get a services crew to come that evening and install a brand new Rheem system expertly. and without impacting my family. I had heat before my 5 year old went to bed. The ecobee3 thermostat is very cool too! They earned every star with me that they had on Homestar's when I checked them out. 5 stars when I checked them out.     Furnace servicing

    Just want to highly recommend AccuServ. Rahul and his associate came today to service my furnace/humidifier system. They did an excellent job! Very professional and friendly. Rahul also taught me a lot about my heating and air conditioning system!! Thank you!
