    Furnace Service

    Ashraf came right at the appointed time & did an excellent job. He was very efficient. We will certainly use him again. The price was fair & Ashraf made good recommendations. Thank you. We like the fact that AccuServ is a "Green" company, thus everything is paperless.

    Furnace Repair

    My furnace stopped working and I called AccuServe. They sent their technician Ashraf and he explained about the various parts that he was checking. It was only because of Ashraf's careful and thorough examination of the various parts of the furnace that he found the cause. If he hadn't taken the time to really look, I would probably have had to replace an expensive part and the furnace still would not have worked. Thanks Ashraf, and AccuServe for continued good service.

    Hot Water Heater

    Our hot water tank blew a leak on a Sunday, and we called a couple of places for replacement options. The guy at Accuserv got back to us quickly (on a Sunday), spent a good deal of time on the phone discussing the pros and cons of getting the same unit vs tankless, and was able to schedule the removal/replacement really quickly. We were extremely happy with their work, their prices, and their professionalism, and have already recommended this company to some friends.

    Boiler repair

    Rahul was punctual, pleasant and thorough. He got the boiler working again quickly and tested for carbon monoxide etc. (And that's all I have to tell you; I am not happy that Homestars is insisting on 30 words in this review).

    Navien Combi Boiler Installation.

    AccuServ did a phenomenal job at my house replacing an old water heater and boiler with a sophisticated combi unit. I was initially very skeptical about those units for the same reasons that you might find online, but they addressed all my questions in detail and completely alleviated my concerns. The 3 most surprising benefits of accuserv in my opinion were: 1) they pre assembled the whole thing at their shop with all the add ons ( pumps, filters, etc ) that enable those units to perform without the horrors you might read online. 2) their knowledge and professionalism ! I had a lot of questions and I wanted to understand technical details before I agreed to go with them. The same knowledgeable guys later came to do the installation. 3 ) Price and warranty - I wasn't in a rush so I looked at several alternatives and AccuServ gave me the most competitive price given all that is included, and they guarantee it well beyond the factory warranty which shows that they stand by their work. Overall I would highly recommend them for their work and how they conducted themselves, and I am happy that they enlightened me to all the benefits of the combi unit. Heading into the winter we have an efficient system and if anything goes wrong I know who I am going to call.

    Navien Combi Boiler NCB240

    The guys did a stand-up job! They were friendly, professional, efficient, etc. I don't ever provide these kind of reviews but hat goes off to their work.

    BIG Boiler Replacement With Two Wall Hung NTI Boilers

    I first met Accuserv Heating and Air Conditioning on small residential project where I was introduced to Aaron Bond, one of company business partners. I quickly realized his knowledge and experience far exceeds what other companies could offer. I have been struggling for years with maintaining heat in one of my apartment buildings where new boiler was installed not too long ago. Aaron took his time to evaluate the condition and came up with energy efficient, top quality product that will provide peace of mind for years to come. This is truly proffesional company that delivered product on time, within price initially quoted, and no interruption to my tenants. That's the right way to provide service. Thank you guys.

    Rheem Furnace Installation/ Media Filter & Ecobee

    I would highly recommend Accuserv for any HVAC work. They came over on a holiday to install our new furnace and completed the work in exactly the amount of time that had been told to me. The install itself was extremely tidy and they kept me informed during the process from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Accuserv to anyone looking to have a furnace installed.

    New Furnace

    We are so happy with the service provided. This team was professional, affordable and got the job done in one visit. The unit itself looks great, uses much less space then before, and we look forward to the savings in our electricity and gas bills.
