    replacement of combi boiler/tankless water heater

    Excellent service from beginning to end from Aaron and James. Prompt service for urgent issue; quickly identified the problem with a previous company's poor workmanship and inexperience; thoroughly documented the issues with a written report and photos; helped resolve legal liability issues/compensation with previous company; properly trained in hydronics ( unlike many other heating/ac companies) and did a proper installation of Navian combi boiler according to urgent timelines; competitive pricing, and offered a further discount. Very easy to contact and quick to respond to emails and calls. Very pleasant and helpful owner and staff. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

    TANKLESS HOT WATER HEATER

    Here is short summary of my experience with this company. They replaced the water adjustment valve 4 years ago and it was leaking 3 years later. I called them for the same water adjustment valve leak but was not fixed. I even had them service clean the unit so maybe to give them more business but patronizing them was a mistake. I paid $427 the first time and another $314 the 2nd time and still was not fix. I ended up replacing the unit.

    Tankless Water Heater Repair

    I had been struggling to get a Navien Tankless combi system working properly since its installation a few years ago. AccuServ was the first company to arrive when they said they would, properly diagnose all the problems I had with the original installation, fix them quickly and charge a fair price. They also consistently looked for ways to improve my system beyond what I specifically asked. I don't hesitate to recommend AccuServ, especially for the installation and maintenance of the Navien systems which seem to be a real challenge for most HVAC companies.

    Replacement of a Thermostat

    From the first telephone conversation to the final repair the people I spoke with were courteous and professional. I called one evening recently and made arrangements 24 hours later for a service call. Rahul was very professional and personable and I will use their services in the future and recommend them/Rahul to my friends, and neighbours.

    furnace installation

    Very friendly, informative, and understanding of our unique (and frustrating) situation of having to have work done with them via our condo management office. Despite these restrictions, they did a superb job installing our furnace and took the time to make sure we were happy with the work and how it was being done. We had to call the 24-hour line in the middle of the night after installation with a question about a gas smell, and we received a call back within 10 minutes from someone who was very friendly and reassured us that all was normal. We will definitely be going back to them for additional humidifier/air conditioner work and would recommend them to others.

    Furnace Maintenance

    We called Accuserv as we needed service for our furnace and a repair to our gas fireplace. Amanda took the information. She gave our number to a fireplace repair person who contacted us later that day. Over the phone, he was able to instruct my husband so our fireplace was working before the call was finished. Rahul came to the scheduled maintenance appointment on time. He was most professional. He diagnosed that our humidifier was not working properly. He repaired it. In addition to being technically savvy, Rahul has very good communication skills. We would recommend this company to others.

    furnace repair

    Our furnace was blowing only cold air and after trying to troubleshoot the issue myself, I soon came to realize that I needed an expert. I left an online message in the morning to which James quickly responded. I was scheduled that day from 4-6pm. Rahul arrived promptly at 4pm and was able to diagnose and fix the issue in a professional manner. I was sent the electronic invoice as Rahul finished up. Great price. Definitely recommend their services to anyone.

    Ancient gas boiler and Electric DHW replacement with Combo-boiler

    Our good friends at Enercare seemed pretty determined to get my 30ish year old gas conversion burner (attached to my 80+ year old boiler) off of their system and red tagged it. This essentially meant the old monster of a boiler and some asbestos wrapping had to go -- and a chance to dump my costly-to-operate electric DHW tank rental (freeing up half the room space). Did the usual 'get three quotes' -- best analysis and explanation of the recommendation, the project details and the quote went to Accuserv. Importantly, the system and installation came with a very good warranty that indicates that these guys get it. The project proceeded on and as schedule and the crews did a great job of cleaning up. Any questions and minor issues we brought up post-installation were addressed to our happy satisfaction. When you have good experience like we had with Accuserv, you don't hesitate to share.

    New furnace, air conditioning and tankless hot water

    We had numerous issues with our heating & a/c in our 1920's home; poor air flow causing 3 different temperatures zones was primary. Aaron spent a lot of time with us understanding all our issues, explaining our options and the programs available. On installation day his team was very professional, courteous & extremely clean; covering all my hardwood floors & removing their shoes. The workmanship shows care & consideration to give us the most height & space (so needed in our furnace room). The results were amazing and noticed immediately. The air flow is so well balanced I have to turn the heat down as it is too hot at my usual setting!!!

    Furnace service/maintenance

    Excellent, professional and courteous service. Rahul was a knowledgeable technician, who didn't try to sell any extra services/repairs and in fact, confirmed my 10yr+ furnace was in great condition. I find the technicians with Accuserv very professional, well equipped and very courteous. Would definitely use them again. This is my second service appt with them and I wasn't disappointed
