    Fix Gas Fireplace

    We are very happy with the service received from Accuserv to fix our broken gas fireplace. Vanessa organized the work around our schedule and was very competitive with the price. Rahul came to fix the fireplace and not only did he do an excellent job he went over and above our expectations to explain how the system works and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend Accuserv to anyone with a faulty or broken gas fireplace.

    Boiler, Water Heater Replacement

    Accuserv replaced my propane boiler and hot water tank with a combination boiler/tankless natural gas system. The project was done professionally and carefully. I am very happy with the end result! Aaron and Jared were courteous, knowledgeable and professional, paying attention to all the details. I would recommend Accuserv for anyone who needs a furnace and/or hot water system replacement. I also enrolled in the monthly service plan as I feel confident my new system is in the right hands for years to come. Thanks Aaron!

    Air Conditioner Repair

    AccuServ was an absolute delight to work with. From the initial phone call to onsite visit to repair our a/, they were extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable, customer service oriented and solution focused. I have nothing but excellent things to say about this company and will definitely use them again.

    Furnace, water heater and air conditioner replacement

    The service provided by Aaron and team at Accuserv was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. The problem diagnosis process was thorough, options well explained and good recommendations provided. Installation was completed in a day, all work was highly satisfactory and the house was clean and in one piece at the end. After service has also been excellent (quick answers to questions). The team was at all times professional, polite and responsive. Punctuality was excellent. We have recommended Accuserv to our friends and neighbours.

    Air Conditioning

    In the dead of the summer, with temp in the 30's, my central air conked out. I called AccuServ and Josh spent some time with me trouble shooting over the phone to see if he could help me fix the problem without having to book a service call...in other words, here's a guy who did his best to help a customer for free when he could have just as easily booked an appt and charged me $100 inspection fee. Sadly tho, it turns out I did need a service call and the problem was that my whole ac unit had to be replaced. To make matters worse, this happened on a long weekend so I was certain that I'd be sweating it out for three days, but much to my surprise, shock and jubilation AccuServ showed up (on time!) on a HOLIDAY MONDAY and installed my new AC. It's this high level of service and unbelievable customer care that made me decide to have them back just two week later to remove my 30 year old furnace and replace it with a high efficiency unit. From the people who answer the phone to the technicians who came to my home everyone was professional, punctual and personable. I will be a client for life

    tankless hot water

    I found them online, from the point that i called them i felt very comfortable with the way they explained the product to me. My hot water tank had stopped working, they had a new tankless installed for me in less than 24 hrs. When they showed up they we're very polite & professional. They explained the product to me very clearly & full of knowledge. My family & i were very pleased with there the installers & the service. I would definitely recommend them.

    hot water heater and

    Excellent service. Professional and friendly, and the quote was very competitive. Our building has tricky needs because our hot water heaters also function as our furnaces. My gas exhaust pipe was not to code (a known issue before calling Accuserv) and they were able to replace it, in spite of its difficult placement. The other company that quoted was going to have to rip out some drywall (and leave it for me to deal with) but Accuserv was not deterred by the complexity. They were amazing, and even helped with another issue I have with a bathroom drain. I recommend them without hesitation.

    New furnace and a/c

    So professional, from the quote right down to the clean-up. The installation was quick and the work is unbelievably neat. The furnace and the a/c are so quiet you would hardly know they're on. Thank-you Aaron and your crew we will recommend you to everyone.

    air condition repair

    We returned home from vacation to discover water coming from under the furnace. After having a great experience with AccuServ a few months before to repair our hot water tank, we didn't think twice about calling them again. 2 men in uniform arrived promptly and removed their shoes before entering the house. Aaron knew what the problem was right away (turned out to the air conditioner pipe connection) and the repair was done quickly and for a price that we felt was quite reasonable. He explained everything in detail and showed us the worn/clogged pipe. We continue to be extremely confident in the ability of AccuServ to fix any issue we may encounter in a friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous manner. Highly recommended!

    Air Conditioner Replacement

    Aaron from Accuserve Toronto did a fantastic job replacing my air conditioner July '14. Friendly, courteous, hardworking, thorough, and answered all my questions. Very trustworthy, and quote was competitive. No surprises. Felt very comfortable with his expertise. Highly recommended.
