    kenmor gas hot water heater

    Prompt, attentive, knowledgeable rep (James) explained problem thoroughly. Called James Thursday evening and called back in 5 minutes, discussed problem, set appointment for Saturday, but phoned Friday to say he could come earlier - late Friday afternoon. Chnaged out flamable vapor sensor and restarted unit - persto HOT WATER. From first phone conversation with James we suspected problem was Flammable Vapor Sensor shut down of water heater due to combustable paint fumes from painting floor near water heater with oil paint, which it was.

    Furnace, water heater & gas

    We called Accuserv when the original company we were using for our furnace & gas made a disaster and became unreachable by phone. Aaron came out right away to assess the work needed to be done. He was able to fix all of the duct work and gas lines, as well as provide us with a new furnace and water tank at reasonable costs. They completed the work in a timely manner which was helpful considering we were right at the cusp of frigid weather on the way. We were extremely happy with their professionalism and have already recommended Accuserv's service to some of our friends in the market for a new furnace.

    Fixing a gas fireplace

    I called them for a service call to fix a new but not working gas fireplace. They said change the batteries, and presto! Honest & saved me some $$ Thank you!

    Fixing a brand new furnace (installed by another HVAC guy)

    AccuServ review I would highly recommend AccuServ for all of your heating and air conditioning needs. I had a brand new furnace and A/C installed (by CJ mechanical) and had nothing but problems. After $100s spent and a HVAC guy refusing to come out and properly finish his install unless we continued to “pay another $250” - We proceeded to call other HVAC guys … Aaron Bond (from AccuServ) was THE ONLY ONE that was helpful, super quick to respond and fixed the problem within MINUTES. I very much appreciated the outstanding service and professionalism I got. I will definitely use him on all future projects.

    Gas Fireplace

    Right from the start, Accuserv was amazing. Hats off to Vanessa, the administrative staff who is polite, courteous and knowledgeable. The tech. Rahul, was also fantastic. He explained everything, offered suggestions and answered questions. What I really appreciated, was their level of customer service and transparency. Before I knew about Accuserv, I had an annual inspection performed on my furnace. I can tell you that it was a difference. The tech was not a conversationalist and spoke minimally. When I was curious and tried to take a look, I felt as if I was an intruder. So, I quietly left. This is not how the homeowner and customer should feel. Accuserv wants you there so that they can educate you and answer any questions. Will most definitely recommend them to all and will call them in the future.

    Water heater tank repair

    Called Accuserv on a Sunday since our hot water and heat in the house stopped running. We recently moved into our house and were not ready to pay an arm and a leg for any repair. The first visit we got was James, who was very thorough and took the time to explain the repair needed in lay terms. We were just grateful that James was able to come the day after we called. Unfortunately, he had to order a part and wait for it to arrive, which luckily only took two days. Though it was late, the second Accuserv technician that came to our rescue was Raul. Raul also took the time to explain what was wrong with our tank. Though it was late at night, Raul was very thorough with this work and was able to save us a lot of $ for repair. Raul was very professional and very efficient. Highly recommend using Accuserv and we will definitely use their service again! Two thumbs up!

    Furnace replacement

    Aaron and his team were fast, efficient, courteous and very professional. They installed 2 Heating/Air Conditioning units in our condo.We were informed about the product and were completely confident and greatly satisfied with the service we received. A minor mishap happened during the installation and they took full responsibility for it and addressed the issue beyond our expectations. We highly recommend Accuserv Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who needs a reliable Company for their home service needs .

    Gas Fireplace repair

    James from AccuServ was amazing. He was very accomodating in coming out to our house and working around our busy work schedules. He came out to fix the 2 gas fireplaces in my house. Everything is now working great. I would definitely use these guys again!!!

    Gas fireplace repair

    These guys were amazing!!! After much frustration with other gas fireplace repair companies, these guys showed up the day after I called them. They were such nice guys. They were only here about an hour and had my fireplace up and running after not being used for about 5 years. Im so impressed with this company. I will absolutely use this company again.

    Fall furnace service

    Accuserv is by far the easiest HVAC company to deal with. Two phone calls, and my furnace was back in working order. The technician, Raul, was really friendly and professional as well. I would highly recommend Accuserv to anyone I know.
