    Gas Fireplace Maintenance

    Kwame from Accuserve serviced the three gas fireplaces in my home today. He was smart, friendly and professional and actually expIained some things to me about one of the fireplaces that I had never understood. I would recommend him highly.

    Hydronic hearing system

    Very very professional team. Responsive and helpful. They even dropped off space heaters while my old system was down. Will use these guys on all my properties from now on.

    HVAC For An Old Triplex

    No up sells and no sales pressure. Vlad walked through my triplex and found several areas of my HVAC system that needed attention. He set up another appointment with a senior technician who then confirmed we had a condensation build up in the plenum area and an over worked 10 year old air conditioner. We had a new MITS air unit and a top model Rheem furnace unit installed. It was reassuring to later learn that there was a 4 inch crack in the old heat exchanger. What a great call it was to go ahead with Accuserv's recommendations.

    Hot Water Heater

    AccuServ were very responsive when my hot water tank stopped working and were able to get an installation done in 24 hours. Vlad was very helpful with quoting the job and Aaron and team did quality, quick work and were very informative about the new heater. I highly recommend them for delivering value for the money!

    New Tankless water heater installed. Amazing

    The entire experience from presales to job completion was one of the best. A bit more pricy but no regrets and worth every penny. Vlad was great and provided wealth of information and took his time to explain the process. Ashok and AJ did an incredible job, were extremely detailed in every way and the place was spotless as if they were ever here . Jake managed to find a slot on such a short notice and I'm sure that took some magic. Thank you all, the family is excited about going Tankless.

    Furnace, AC & Tankless water heater installation

    I used AccuServ for installation of a furnace, AC, and tankless water heater in my older Toronto home. The whole team did a great job. They were punctual, responsive, and gave clear explanations and took the time to walk me through various options. Efforts were made to work within my time and budget constraints, even calling me back to say they found a cheaper option after I'd already agreed to a more expensive one. The installation was booked quickly and the team did a great job fixing some issues that they noticed during installation. Everything seems to be working great so far with no issues, but I have the confidence that the Acccuserv will help solve any problems if they do arise. Thank you Aaron, Dilraj, Davor, and Vlad!

    Did the job, but charged enormously

    I had some issues with my water heater and called Accuserv. I wasn't sure what was the problem, but when the guy came he was able to locate and fix the problem very quickly. It was a minor issue, less than an hour work and replacing a small part. Nevertheless, I was charged $500. I was quite shocked by the price. I later called other services and found out that they charge $200-$350 for this kind of job. Since I didn't know what the problem was before it was fixed, I couldn't call companies to compare prices. I was basically captive by Accuserv and had to pay their price. I am very disappointed by this. I have no complaints about the service, only about the excessive pricing which left me with a very bitter taste of being robbed.

    Repair to a hot water on demand boiler

    Had a leak inside the hot water unit. Technician came extremely punctual, diagnosed the problem but could not fix it as he needed a specialty spare part. Rearranged a new appointment, gave me a quote at that point and came back, again very punctual and fixed the problem plus gave us recommendations for our radiator system settings. Very friendly and helpful. Will call again in case of another emergency.

    Kitchen range gas line installation.

    Ashok came to the house to provide a cost estimate to put in a gas line for our stove, and an optional extension to run a pipe to the back deck for a bbq. The house is 100 years old, with a clutter of wires and pipes, both used and unused, installed by many owners, renovators and diy’ers over the years. He spent the time to determine what the best route options would be to run the gas pipe from the west to the east side of the house through the basement ceiling, as well as the requirements to run the extension to the deck. Ashok was professional, and very helpful, in his suggestions.The quote was within the same cost range of the other estimates received, but AccuServ was the only company offering to inspect before quoting. That left us much more comfortable that the scope of the work and the resulting costs would be reasonably accurate. I had multiple conversations with office staffer Amanda, to finalize a date and time for the work. She was very pleasant and helpful on each call. Ashok showed up on the promised date, on time, with helper AJ. Both men were polite, conscientious, unobtrusive, efficient and cheerful as they proceeded with the work. They cleaned up after the job was done. As this was our first gas range, Ashok spent the time to run through it’s usage and procedures, which was much appreciated. Overall, we were very pleased with the entire process. For budgetary reasons, we needed to postpone the extension to the deck, but the means for the connection from the current installation was put into place. We will definitely call AccuServe for that job when the time comes.
