DON’T LOOK ANY FURTHER! CALL COLM to get the BEST waterproofing and service!
Our 100yr old Toronto basement had a puddle in the corner every time it rained. We spoke with several companiesw but hired Colm as soon as we met him because he LOVES what he does. Its been over a year, with MANY Toronto heavy rain days - and we havent had a DROP inside our basement!! Ive recommended Colm to many neighbors and coworkers as they reported their basements were flooding this summer. I wasnt worried about my basement at all! He really goes above and beyond because he is passionate about helping people. Colm is professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. I do and will continue to tell everyone to call him.

Excellent and honest work
Colm is very professional, very honest and he has great people assisting him. They showed up on time, did great work and cleaned up before they left. I would highly recommend him and his team.

Basement Waterproofing

Waterproofing basement along driveway
Colm and Michael from Act Fast were excellent. Colm explained the process very clearly. Our house was in rough shape and needed a lot of TLC and attention and the expert care required to bring it back to life. He took the time to do the job right, always keeping a clean space when finished and notifying us when he would be there. It was work on the house that we knew needed to be done and we didnt want to face it. Colm made it easy. Thanks for the great work. We would highly recommended Act Fast.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Act Fast Waterproofing for my basement waterproofing project, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. It was a stressful time for me, given the leak and the damage it caused, but from start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Colm and his team were always on time, maintained the best level of communication throughout the project, and were super fair in their pricing, with no hidden fees or extra charges. They finished the job quickly without compromising on quality. Colm and his crew truly went above and beyond, and it was a pleasure working with them. I highly recommend Act Fast Waterproofing!

Fixed water leak asap!
They did some quick awesome work and no water since! Would totally recommend them for any future water leak jobs!

Basement water proofing
Colm was easy to communicate with and their work was excellent. Price was reasonable with market standards. Colm was very accommodating and he was able to meet up to discuss about the work and my concerns before commencing the ground work. Overall one of the best contractors I have dealt with. Highly recommended!

Water proofing a leaking basement wall
Colm from Act Fact Waterproofing was great to work with. He came recommended from a neighbour who had work done by Colm. I have an old house but he had no problems dealing with tight spaces and this old house leaking issue. Professional to deal with, work was done to my satisfaction, and cleaned up after the work was done. I'd use him for other work of this nature for sure, and will recommend him to others. Thanks Colm!

Basement Underpinning
Colm and his team did a beautiful basement underpinning job for me. Spectacular 9 foot ceilings with cement floor. He handled everything confidently and professionally. Highly recommended!
