    Underpinning and waterproofing

    Interior basement waterproofing

    Had water coming into my basement. Colm came for two inspections and offered several solutions and advice. Some of which included not hiring him at all and trying other home remedies first (grading yard). His knowledge and honesty was appreciated! In the end we decided to do interior waterproofing with a sump pump. Throughout the process I found Colm fair, honest and a hard worker. Its clear he cares about his clients, their satisfaction and the work he does. He also worked with me on scheduling and coordination with other trades which was helpful for us. I would recommend Act Fast to friends and family.

    Great GREAT work.

    We had some basement flooding recently. It's miserable to go through, but Colm and his crew came in fast and waterproofed my basement. They were quick...super friendly and did excellent work. I had gotten several other quotes but Colm was the only person to walk me through various options upon our first meeting. I'd highly recommend everyone check and make sure that they have a water proof basement.

    Interior Waterproofing

    Colm and his team did a great job waterpoofing my bedroom. Work was done within two days. They discovered some additional issues with my concrete flooring and kindly offered to fix it without additional costs. Colm also referred Dominic for masonry services. Highly recommended services.

    Colm provided detailed explanations on the repair options available to me based on my circumstances in order to come up with the best informed decision based on my budget and intended outcomes.     Waterproofing Basement along with installation of a sump pump

    I was totally impressed with Act Fast Waterproofing - if I could I would give them a rating higher than 10 out of 10. They responded immediately to my inquiry - came out to my home and provide a detailed and competitive estimate. Colm is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and provided a details breakdown of the work that would be done as well as alternate options. The work was done quickly and professionally. They even submitted the rebate request for the pump for me which was processed by the government immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend Act Fast for any job! thanks

    Patient, Efficient, and Thorough - Highly Recommend!

    Our basement flooded due to the heavy rains this year. Of the many waterproofing companies we spoke to, Colm from ActFast was the most patient and clear when he came to do the first site visit. Step by step, he walked us through all our options and the costs associated with them. Colm was also very clear in his communication with us - he sent the quote soon after the site visit. One we agreed to have him do the work, he scheduled things very quickly. Colm and his crew were very through with the waterproofing work. They installed a sump pump as well. They worked around the weather - did all the indoor work on the rainy day. The exterior work was done throughly but quickly. Colm did a quick walkthrough for each stage. We are very happy with the work they've done and highly recommend them.

    100% recommended for basement waterproofing!

    Act Fast Waterproofing was absolutely the right choice for our basement project. Colm did a great job taking me through my options when quoting, and made me aware of the City of Toronto rebate for a sump pump which resulted in us deciding to move forward with that. Colm and his team were communicative, showed up on time, and finished the project when they said they would. I would not hesitate to recommend Act Fast to others.

    A True Professional

    I have a driving rain issue related to my rooftop patio door that leaks into the bedroom. Out of the dozen various trades people recommended I had left VMs for, Colm was the only one that called back. Though he was not able to assist, he provided a recommendation to check out. The small act of just returning my call speaks volume about Colms professionalism and customer service. He already came highly recommended from a few neighbours who have used his services and this is just another reason to add to the list!

    Most Honest/Efficient/Reliable Water Proofers

    Colm helped me out so much with my waterproofing issue. Provided a better price than competitors and finished efficiently and on time ( with a great clean up afterwards)
