    Acted Super Fast on my Basement Leak

    A small pool of water started forming in our basement bedroom. I contacted a number of waterproofers, but Colm of Act Fast was first to show up. He quickly examined the situation and identified the issues causing the leak. He clearly knows what he is doing. He offered a range of potential solutions at various (very reasonable) price points. But the amazing thing was when he decided to do a spot repair to see if that would do the job (along with some other recommended actions on our part). And he did it all at no charge!! Rarely do you find that combination of such incredible honesty and expertise these days. If this repair doesn't end up doing the job, I will certainly call him back to do one of the more comprehensive options. know that he

    Waterproofing basement and sump pump installation

    Water was entering into my basement. Got to know about ActFast by googling and seeing the good reviews contacted. The owner Colm visited my place and gave me a detail explanation about why it is happening and what are the possible solutions to fix it. Colm's explanation was really impressive and pricing are also seems reasonable to me. He along with his crews came and provide his service to fix the issue in one day as he promised, cleaned up the messes and again described everything to me clearly and also answered all the questions I have. I am super-impressed with ActFast service and wish good luck to this company.

    Basement Leak

    weeping tile in basement

    Amazing. Colm and his team installed weeping tile behind my furnace which is a very small and tight space. This was where the water was coming in. Colm told me if this didn't work he would come back and figure it out and fix it. I have not had a leak since!!! Colm was recommended to my by a friend who hired him to fix their basement leak issues. I would highly recommend him.

    Outstanding customer service

    Colm responded quickly to my request for information. He walked me through the options and completed the work quickly. He stuck to the schedule and cleaned up every day. I would highly recommend this company. Colm is the best contractor I have ever worked with.

    Great service and wonderful dealing with Colm (owner)

    Called Colm to assess my basement and recommend best approach for waterproofing. He came the next day and spend a couple of hours evaluating the problem, discussing options and explaining his proposed approach. He said that it would only take a couple of days to complete. True to his words all was done and the basement cleaned at the expected time. To my delightful surprise Colm phoned a couple of days later to check on the work done and asked if I had any questions. All is working perfectly. Highly satisfied with the job, its cost and ease of interacting with Colm.

    Interior Waterproofing

    Act Fasts team does truly act fast! From the first time i called them to get an estimate, to deciding the dates to start work and finishing the work they have demonstrated their ability to move fast! Colm is very friendly and truly works in the interest of the client. We would highly recommend Act Fast.

    Waterproofing basement room and installing sump pump.

    I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Act Fast. They were responsive immediately, answered all of my questions via email, phone or text, and were super friendly and helpful. Colm was wonderful and also handled the paperwork for me to apply for a government rebate, making the whole process so much easier.

    Basement waterproofing

    Colm and his team did a great job of waterproofing the basement in our older toronto home - it has a currently unfinished basement with a stone foundation. He did a combination of inside and outside waterproofing based on different factors in terms of access, amount of moisture entering, etc. We were very happy with the outcomes of both methods. Colm did a very thorough job and not only applied the weeping tile and membranes, but also fully cemented and tarred the exterior walls for additional protections. On the inside (stone foundation) walls, he also first mortared the joints. I highly recommend Act Fast for both the inside and outside waterproofing.
