Great experience having Dr. Rooter (Sunny) to help get rid of a tough clog. The clog stopped sewage from flowing from the house pipe to the city pipe, and causing a backup on my basement bathroom and kitchen sink. Dr Rooter responded with speed, was very knowledgeable and immediately went on the job. One could tell the professionalism and honesty in their work style. The charge at the end was fair and competitive. In fact, the cost was lower in comparison to the quotes I received. It was the right decision to engage Dr. Rooter and I would definitely recommend them to any future customers. They really took ownership and did a thorough job. Thanks Dr. Rooter. Eric

I choose Doctor Rooter company because of my friends reviews, they all recommended and shared their experience with me. I wanted to change my old driveway into something tasteful, and Oleg from Doctor Rooter showed me a few designs. I couldn`t be any happier with the job they did. Everything was done professionally, the guys really know what they are doing! They did a wonderful job and a great design on my driveway. Steven responded to my request for a quote almost immediately, and better yet, scheduled to come out and see the job right away. He basically read my mind in terms of a proposed solution and his quote was extremely competitive. Almost unbelievably, he said his team could start and finish the work the very next day. The job was completed quickly, looked fantastic, and the work area was completely clean afterward. Steven was quick to respond to all calls & texts throughout the process, and was friendly and helpful throughout. I know who to call next time I have plumping/concrete work!

We chose Dr. Rooter after looking at various different companies to waterproof one room in our basement after a small amount of water got in. Steve came by and was very knowledgeable, recommending the best approach for our situation. They removed the old drywall, installed a new sump pump and a backflow drain, as well as new waterproofing material for the walls. They were very fast and attentive to detail, explaining the process along the way. They did the job in 2 days, organized the permit from the city and scheduled the visit from the city inspector. Steve was always available for any questions via phone and text, and we never had any problems. At the end, everything was left in a neat state and new concrete was poured. We are very glad we chose this company!

Dr. Rooter was referred to me by a friend and I also did my research and felt very confident I could rely on Dr. Rooter. I first contacted Dr. Rooter 3 weeks ago when our basement leaked! Steve was our main contact and he came to our house the next day. Steve was very professional, knowledgeable and was very fair with his quote. It was obvious he wanted to help us and was not just looking to invoice us. Steve was very responsive to get his team onsite and help us right away. Three sides of our house were waterproofed and a sub-pump installed. We have had no issues since, but I feel confident if we had a problem, Steve and Dr.Rooter would be quick to help us out. I highly recommend this company. They do quality work and are reliable and professional!

We had a bathtub in our basement that was leaking water into the wall behind, as well as a small water leak in the basement ceiling. Sunny came the same day we called and was very friendly, and thorough with the repair. The price was also extremely fair for the work provided. We will definitely be using, and also recommending Dr Rooter!

We had a large pool of water accumulating outside our basement door this morning, so contacted Steve at Dr. Rooter. He not only called back right away, but showed up within the hour. We worried that this would be a costly and time-consuming job but Steve quickly assessed that there was a simple solution to our problem.
