I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for the job I had done on my property. I recently renovated my ground floor basement for my ageing parents and decided to build steps on the side of the house from the backyard uphill to the garage. To make their trips easier the steps had to be low in height and with a rough finish to avoid slips. Special thanks to Ivan and Serge from Dr. Rooter for designing and bringing my idea to life. Great organization and work ethic from start to finish, highly recommend!

Our water tank started leaking at 12.30am on a Friday night. Contacted Oleg immediately and he sent someone out to sort it out. As usual, the service was prompt, friendly and fixed the problem. Oleg and his team are truly excellent at what they do.

After a very extensive search for contractors, we hired Dr. Rooter to perform our basement underpinning. Oleg was great about walking us through the company's previous experience, including taking us to another site where the company was doing underpinning work. After giving us a detailed quote, and taking a deposit, Dr. Rooter began the underpinning project. The entire team was great at communicating with us. While the project took a little longer than we had initially planned, I think this is normal for a project of this size. More importantly, Oleg was true to his word and always followed through on his commitments to us. We are now several months on, and everything that the Dr. Rooter team did continues to work great. Overall, they did not only the underpinning, but re-did the drains under the house, installed a new weeping-tile system to waterproof the house, and did a new backwater valve for us. We've recommended Oleg to one of our friends already, and will do so again in the future.

I had a blockage in a basement drain serving the washroom of my tenant They excavated a section about 5 feet long by 2 feet and 2 feet deep. The work was done properly and in a timely manner. I would recommend this company for future work

Used Homestars to find this local drain service - i got transferred around a couple of times and got through to Sunny. He quickly setup a meeting and came out the next morning - arrived on time and quickly got our drain issue solved. A job well done - i was surprised it was $200 but by the time I drove to Home Depot and did it myself I really would not have saved much.

Great company! They were on time and on budget. The actually made a couple of errors on the job, but fixed them quickly and at their expense - no questions asked. Very responsive. Came back 2 or 3 times when asked, just to review some outstanding items. Highly recommended

The faucet in our office sink was leaking, which was a little distressing as it is located right by one of our entrances and there is a lot of foot traffic in that vicinity. Water was accumulating by the floor and safety became a concern. We called Dr. Rooter and they were relatively quick and efficient to send someone to fix the problem as soon as possible. We haven't had a problem with the faucet since, so we'd say that we're pretty happy with the services. From one business to another - we appreciate the good customer service and the job well done!

We had a leak in our basement ceiling. We called Dr. Rooter and their tech Sunny came out the following morning. He was vey professional, he found the leak and he explained the process as he was going. Sunny had to cut the ceiling to find the pipe. He was able to fix the leak. Thank you Sunny.

I had water leakage on my ceiling. Sunny came today and had a quick check. He gave an temporary fix. He is professional,knowleagble and nice to work with. I would highly recommend him.

Sunny was friendly and efficient ! The pipes also past the city inspection since we got a permit to do what we did so inspection was required ! He did in a very fast timely manner , gernerally satisfied .
